All depends on the property, could be positive or neutrally geared not costing anything, or it could be blue chip very negative costing much more than $10k pa

Surely Wanneroo itself would be a far better investment than Alkimos if a person had to make that choice. Alkimos is quite a bit north of even Wanneroo itself and Wanneroo at least has decent infrastructure close. Admittedly older homes but the block sizes are decent and it has better road connections. Not that I'm in to suburbs that far north but it would seem to me that if a person wanted a sea change or bush type setting but still wanted decent services then Wanneroo would be better than Alkimos.

A lot of location picking comes back to when more over where, that statement might make sense now but it didn’t in 2015 Be open to everywhere, and remember when over where 😊
