Hi, guys! Welcome to our fourth upload on the channel.
Today, we are doing a quick review on the 2023 Peugeot 208 GT, looking at some of its features and comparing it to its key rivals. Is this supermini worth the R459k purchase price?! Let’s find out in this video!

One advantage this 208 has over the Polo is that you don't have to worry about being hijacked or your lights,bumpers, etc, getting stolen in SA.

It is not getting attention because of the ridiculous price tag on such a small car. I will buy a low mileage golf, which is more practical over this any day.

@Driven Automotive Consulting I'm pretty sure on my first comment, I mentioned practicality (if you had read the comment to understand than to reply). The rear seat space will make it more comfortable to fit people over long distance. This makes golf a reasonable car to buy for me.

@@drivenautozar been driving peugeots since 2006 although had a 205 in 1992 funny little thing with no wheel arches to speak of had a 207 208 and 2 2008s brill never had a problem dare I say it my other favourite french car was my saxo so yes die hard french car fan

I also have a soft spot for French cars because we had a 207 at home. Stylish, punchy and super light on weight. There's a lot to love about them, and I'm glad to hear the same from somebody who has a more in-depth experience of these vehicles. Thank you so much, Robert!

Honestly they should price it a bit lower in SA but I guess it's due to the fact that it's outselling the Polo in Europe, SA has an unhealthy obsession with Polos.

Hi, Junior! One thing to remember is that the Peugeot 208 GT basically doesn’t have an options list. Everything comes standard except for the glass roof. Not to mention that it outperforms basically everything in this segment. I believe the Peugeot appropriately priced. Take one for a drive, and you will be blown away!

Correct, I went to view one with 50K KM and it had a timing belt problem. I could hear it when I started the car.

Bonjour est-ce que la nouvelle Peugeot 208 GT et non GT Line a le changement de couleur en sachant qu'ils mette ceci planche de bord Slush Surpiquée et panneaux de portes AV avec décors aspect carbone et éclairage Polyambiant 8 Couleurs?????? et de plus plus quand il est indiqué qu'il y a l'aide graphique et sonore arrière et Avant en sachant qu'il qu'il y a la caméra de recule . Est ce que la caméra en avant lorsque l'on fait un créneau ???? c'est la nouvelle 208 GT qui a l'option Visio pack 1. enfin quelle est la différence entre la GT et GT Line car on parle toujours de la GT Line Jamais de la GT Je vous remercie de votre compréhension il y a de quoi a n'y rien comprendre Je vous remercie de de compréhension * vous souhaitant bonne réception cordialement

@drivenautozar it's the very top part of the doors that's poor, real cheap plastic, below that is soft touch ,such a shame as the rest of the car is lovely.
