A truly sleek car and a wonderful review. I’ve got the earlier 1.6 hdi 208 and that’s pretty nippy. I’d be very interested in getting one of these when the time comes round to changing it. Thanks for posting it.
I have a gtline 130hp, absolutely love it. Im 66yr old and 5 foot 7inch. No problems with driving position re seeing dials. My previous car was 208 gti prestige. That was a cracking car. If the new 208 had that engine, wow!😂
The 360 degree reversing camera birds eye view is blocked out at the beginning because the car only has a single camera at the back so can only see what is behind the car, as you reverse it remembers what it has seen to create a pseudo 360 picture as the car moves.
@@UknwWhu You dont get it. Previous gen, had gt version over 200hp now all what you can get is.. 130 and gt is only visual, no changes to suspension or steering.
@@OLT_TV And its sad, cos seriously i love looks of this car. Some ppl staring on street at ferrari or something like that.. and i staring at this Peugeot or Lancex 2010.. what had same problem - you had EVO or normal version.. 140hp...nothing between in sedan. I dont expect a lot. But this 208 with some nice 1.6/8 with around 180/200hp would be something awesome. and fit more to his looks. Cos it looks like .. Lion.. but drives like domestic cat ;p
@@OLT_TV it’s lovely but it had a update and that was a big palaver the dealer wouldn’t help and wanted me to pay £180 for them to do it, so I had to do it an all the flash drive I used wouldn’t work, the screen keeps going black in the middle of the dash and they have contacted me to say there’s a recall on the car because the door locks not working and passengers couldn’t get out the back like the child lock was on but it wasn’t
Hi mate I just recently brought myself the exact same model! You know how you have the music on the digital dashboard would it work with Spotify music on the dash?
So if you have Apple CarPlay you can get CarPlay on the centre console screen, which gives you access to Spotify. The same with android auto. If you use Bluetooth, you can also play your music through and see what’s playing etc there. The digital cockpit will display whatever the main screen displays
Apologies I don't have the answer to this one to hand and its been a while since I uploaded the video... You'll be able to find out everything you want to know online though. I was equally surprised it didnt come with a two exhaust system.
its a nice car but i think its to tight fit. i rent this EV version sometimes and with a jacket on i get annoyed fast becouse im just fcking about with space and looking for stuff
