Got one a couple of weeks ago and I really love it. It’s so much more stable than the old stand I was working on. Was sort of strange that it didn’t have any instructions in the box.
I go out of my way to keep my bike from getting damaged; can’t think of anything I would rather not do than fix my bike. It’s there to keep me away from anything that resembles work. Would much rather have a mechanic work on it so my bike always exists as a source of enjoyment.
spending money on a good stand is nice if you work on bikes regularly. A one time builder or someone that won't use it much may not find the investment worth it. It all depends. I don't have a stand at the moment and i'm currently building an old bmx bike for my son. i would like a stand, but im still looking.
FEEDBACK SPORTS sells low quality products and their customer service is ABYSMAL. They should not be in the enthusiast or professional bicycle products business. They should limit their sales to Walmart grade products, and never via professional bicycle shops.
Sounds like you had a bad experience which everyone does with something along the way. My original Feedback Sports stands and racks are still going strong.
