I highly recommend you add your lower teeth impressions to the mouthguard. You dip the bottom surface of the mouthguard (maybe1-2mm deep) into boiling hot water for 60 seconds, place the guard in your mouth onto your upper teeth, then bite down hard on it. It makes it feel much less bulky and helps you keep your jaw locked instead of it sliding around

Never ever do the boil and bite guys. Those things will cut your gums up. These companies, or going to the dentist are the only real option and well worth the price. Mouth guards last.

Damn dude I have spar today kind of an old cat starting up bout to be 32 I had this old mouthpiece that I had when I was 23.. if you saw this mouthpiece you toss this shit out the window.. long story short got my ass handed today in the boxing ring I blame the mouthpiece I had... I just cannot breathe for the life of me hopefully this mouthpiece that you're talking about let's be breathe

Would you recommend this mouth guard for someone with a smaller mouth? The mouth guard I have right now is a top and bottom fit mouth guard and feels too big in my mouth, it’s bulky and pushes against the inside of my lips.

This guard looks super thin and designs kinda low quality. They are cheap but not worth in my experience

Are they as rubbish as themouthpieceguy? That con artist will just keep refusing your dental impressions saying they're not good enough, buy more epoxy, and try again. There's no refund. I actually caught on to this guy's scheme. I had my dentist do my impression and I sent it off to MPG, passed it off like I did it. Again, he said it was no good. I cut my losses at that point. I was kinda tipped off to this guy's con when I saw all of his RU-vid videos had almost no likes and a ton of dislikes. People who use boil and bites, use the Opro power cage. That is nearly as good and even better than some dentist made ones. Personally, I like my mouth guard similar to the likes of Mayweather... clear, not bulky, able to talk perfectly clear in, able to take water in, and most of all... easy to breath in.

Hey Carlo I just got back to boxing after some time off. I'm planning on straightening my teeth with one of those liners so I'm not looking to spend $80 on a mouth guard right now until I finish up fixing pearly whites. What less expensive mouth guard would you recommend in the mean time since I'm assuming I'll have to change it often with my teeth shifting?
