Hello friends, I travel a lot, enjoy different places, cultures and different cuisine. I am a total foodie. After a very long time, I have been Restaurant Hopping starting with June being my birthday month, with absolutely no special plan other than to step out for a dinner evening with couple of friends. We dined in at Baliboo, a fine dining restaurant in Goregaon East, Mumbai. Enjoyed my birthday evening with my spouse and friends. Enjoyed the ambience, good food and excellent service.
I decided to treat my husband to a dinner at a Restaurant named Sammy Sosa in Malad West, Mumbai. known for serving Mexican cuisine. Believe me i made reservations here after checking out over hyped reviews. Ambience was good, food was good but certain Mexican dish we ordered were certainly not anywhere close to Mexican cuisine. The service was good but very slow. To accommodate more guests they were adding tables and chairs in a very congested manner. Not a place to relax and enjoy your drink and food. At least not for me.
Last week we decided to visit this restaurant called Hoy Maharaja Dhaba inside Aarey Milk Colony, Goregaon East. Again after reading so many over hyped reviews I was tempted to dine here. Few starters were good but the main course was not worth the money we paid for it. Portions too were very less. Will not recommend nor visit here again. I hope you enjoy my food reviews too.
