Hi Tom, great job there!! Love the collaboration, fantastic idea. The burger looked brilliant, simple to do but some fantastic flavours. Loving the "Maillard reaction" chat, proper food science there. You're a brave mad with that Mandolin. I used one once without a guard and took the top of my finger off!!!! Not my best cooking moment 🤣. Keep up the good work 👍
