Poirier is one of the most unfortunate elite fighter in UFC. His first title shot was vs best grappler in UFC ever. 2nd shot was the best submission artist in UFC by record ever. 3rd is going to be vs number 1 pound for pound and potentially the most well rounded UFC fighter. He cant catch a break. But who knows what will happen.

If he wins this one, I think what makes the most sense since The Diamond is a family man - the 4th fight between him and McGregor would make the most sense lucratively; with the way the last fight played out? Dustin would probably touch more money than he did the last two fights with Conor. Regardless, I’m routing for you Diamond. When he dropped the Diaz fight he basically admitted defeat but it would have set the record straight. It was the most important fight that never happened in the UFC. Itis smart to avoid the BMF hats off to Dustin. You do not want a beat down from BMF he ends your career, he does not point fight, he comes to hurt you. It was an easy win for BMF.

I feel like you maybe misinterpreted his words a bit. So many fighters are on record saying they're sick of the BS around fighting from training to press conferences to interviews. At least Dustin is saying he enjoys the fight part, whereas guys like the Diaz brothers said they hated that too. He just knows he's getting older and is anticipating the end more than a young guy. Whilst i think Chimmy boy is good i do think he is underestimating Dustin. Its almost like because Dustin couldn't beat Khabib Chimmy thinks that means he can't beat him either.
