If you were able to set a pressure and have it automatically shut off at the set pressure and it inflated (3) 25c tires to 100 psi, I would buy it. Even if it were slightly larger, heavier and cost more. I own one of their other too large to carry battery pumps and being able to set a pressure that it stops at is a game changer. Use it before every ride, much easier than pumping manually.
Sourcing high amperage lithium ion pouch style batteries is not hard. Drones have opened the market. @DanTuber sure if 5 minuetes of your time is worth more than the pump
I bought one of these a few months ago. Be warned: They kill TPU tubes no matter how many breaks you take. It gets pretty hot and the air it pumps out is also hot so kills the threads on the valve to the tube. Didn't see any warnings about it hence I gave it a go. Back to CO2 for me.
OK interesting. I would say the pump got to about 40'C tops when I used it, so the air shouldn't be SO hot, but maybe TPU tubes are extra sensitive to that.
Saddle selection is a subject that’s been dealt with extensively on youtube etc, but it still surprises me in its specificity. I switched inside the last several months from a fizik aliante to one of the 3d printed sworks romin evo, which in size and form looks relatively close to an aliante, and granted I personally did feel the 3d printed aspect did make a palpable beneficial difference, but that last 1% difference or something of difference in form factor does detract from optimal, to a surprising degree. In my case, rubbing between saddle outside edge and inner thigh. Just to contradict myself too though, as bereft of padding as the aliante is, I never found it uncomfortable in terms of contact, even on the occasion of shooting out to the shop, without any bib chamois. I may need to switch back for a retrial.
Saddles are very personal, so no one can say 'this one is best for you'. Non cyclists (and even some cyclists!) look at my AX and say how can you possibly sit on that? But I find it very comfortable - I have 3 on my different bikes. It's far more a question of shape than padding. If the shape fits then you are 95% there. After all, the padding is there in your shorts......@@pakelly99
I can't be asked with all this weightweenie stuff. Been there don't it . Just like those hook-less wheels of your which failed. At the end of the day, it's mostly about the engine driving the bike. What did Eddie say, don't buy upgrades ride upgrades. He's still right.
