What do you think about the head unit to a 2014 328i going out and Bmw logo just on screen you can hear only the radio station it was last on. Go to junk yard? order from bmw? Or live with out it 😂 this is my daily btw

Hey Ashley. If you’re lucky enough you’ll be able to find a car with the compatible head unit at the junkyard. Definitely don’t just live with it. My music is everything when I drive in the mornings. Mine recently just went out, it’s funny you asked about it because I’m about to record a video today on how to repair the iDrive unit screen that’s been sun damaged.

I have a 2015 320i xdrive, bought it at 77k and currently at 83,500 with no issues.

The 3 series are usually reliable cars but if you don’t know how to repair it yourself, when the problem do arise they can be expensive.

I’m at 78,000 miles and I’m noticing stuff like the serpentine belt braking, oil filter housing oil leak, and fuel rail and fuel injectors failing. I do drive this bad boy like a race car though. I just programmed sport+ on the ECU.
