I have the QuietKat Ranger 10. It is an awesome E-Bike! I also struggled to put the rear splash guard on. I wasn't going to remove the rear tire either, so I just let the air out of the tire and made it a lot easier! Subscribed!

I remember reading, 50 years ago, on the jokes page of Boys' Life magazine (which was the magazine of the Boy Scouts of America) a brain teaser where a truck got stuck under a bridge and a little boy comes along to save the day suggesting to let some of the air out of the tires. Would have liked to see what unlimited mode offers on level ground. I notice Best Buy has a "deal of the day" (so offer expires at the end of today) on this for $2869.30 (plus tax). Tempting, but I'm not willing to spend that much on an ebike for my needs. Just wanted to document it as a reference point.

I can’t get behind the quiet kat price, I can get double the bike for half the price from so many other companies. They have low amp hours, doesn’t even have full suspension. They need to provide more value.

I think part of it is your paying for the established company and not a fly by night group that disappears and leaves you with a non working bike. That’s what pulled me toward QK and Rambo.

Looking back I wished I’d gotten a mid-drive instead of my krusader. Flatter ground the krusader is fine. Or if hills aren’t too steep for too long

Yea I have both. Both have pros & cons. Mid drive deraileurs are a nightmare. But they climb much better.

Double tap the information button on the speed controller. Then go to Mode. Change it to unlimited. Check out my video on VPO. It shows you everything.

That hill doesn't look steep at all...I think you answered all my questions about hunting in western nc mountains...I can walk them without dropping $5k on a useless bike

Check out the video titled “from steep slopes to ….” It’s got a bike on top of a mtn. I tested it on an 18% grade real deal mtn.
