Sometimes, Americanized Italian food really hits the spot. I think I would like Tony's, under the right circumstances. I feel that way about Olive Garden too. Thanks for bringing us along!
We were there in the middle of October this past year. It was a large party and we had the best time. Everyone tried something different and additional plates were ordered to try between the group. Wine with dinner and after everyone had an adult beverage. We enjoyed all the food, drinks, desserts and service. They customize several dishes for us and our main waitress could not have done a better job. We did not have the shortcake and I take your word for it. We fought over the garlic bread!!
NO, it's not. OHANA has hit rock bottom. The price compared to the quality of the food is mismatched. We just went last week, spent over $300 (which was already insanity upon booking the reservation) only to be satisfied with the pot stickers and dessert. The meats are not seasoned and grilled the way they once were. It was the most bland shrimp. The noodles were okay. I don't think they changed in taste much, but they were somewhat bland as well. If you really miss OHANA, do yourself a favor, save your dollars for a better restaurant and just order some items to eat from Tambu lounge. It's so disappointing. How hard is it to restart that restaurant to the "got to have reservation" that it once was?
I realize it’s not in a park, but you can get an Alfredo pasta quick service over at the food court at Pop Century Resort. Very much enjoying you vlogs. Keep up the fantastic job.
I second this! I heard all the great reviews. Ordered the classic margherita pizza with sausage and mushroom. It was a soggy mess and the toppings were domino's quality. They also didn't know how to properly cut basil- was chopped up stems and all. However the crust was good.
Nice video. Whenever people talk about this restaurant and compare it to Olive Garden. I don't care for Olive Garden, but there is a Carrabbas by me. I enjoy this better. Thanks for the review
My name is Craig Dennis i watch your new videos all the time i in joy all of your videos all the time you have a nice safe day today and you take care two👍👍👍👍👍
I AGREE WITH YOU WRIGHT-TEE!! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO TAKE YOUR TIME, AND ENJOY EACH COURSE!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU GET BOTH THE GARLIC BREAD AND A SALAD!! ( I wouldda got the garlic bread with red dipping sauce, unless it has a lot of rosemary in it, as many focoggia breads do, which I dislike!! ) PERHAPS NEXT TIME YOU SHOULD TELL THE WAITRESS THAT YOU WANT YOU APPETIZERS FIRST, SO YOU CAN LOOK AT THE MENU WHILE YOUR EATING THE APPETIZERS, OR SIMPLY TELL HIM OR HER, OR WHATEVER, NOT TO PUT YOUR MAIN COURSE ORDERS IN UNTIL SHE CHECKS WITH YOU FIRST??
keep in mind we in the west are spoiled, the shortcake is looking big to European standards, if you buy at Disney Paris food, I think you see the sizes are for skinny baking metrics in grams not ounces, yolo
We decided to eat at Tony’s tonight based on this video. I told my youngest son about your chicken Parmesan hack and so he did the same thing but with penne pasta instead. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and had a fantastic time at Tony’s. Shout out to our server, Alex. He was amazing! Thank you for making fun and informative content videos to watch!
My wife, our friend, and I went to Disney World for the first time in April. We ended up going to Tony's and got 2 orders of garlic bread and nothing else LOL The staff was absolutely next level though, everyone in there went above and beyond
I haven’t done a review on RU-vid yet. But I went about a year ago & it was not good. My friend Bethany Vinton just posted a review on TikTok, check it out!
Awww, I don’t feel it’s fair to give Tony’s a bad review . I ate there at my first Disney world trip in 2011, and as a FAMILY theme park . I believe it was good . Moreover it’s about the theming….. For anyone who loves classic Disney , the ambiance is phenomenal. And all who ate there from 2 to 62 enjoyed the experience and it was reasonably priced ❤from TX
I’ve always like Tony’s but I’m Italian n we were taught you only eat Italian out if the chef is Italian making real Italian food so we don’t eat at Olive Garden n when I go to Tony’s , I get steak
I tried the spaghetti and meatballs with sweet sausage with tomato sauce. It has an olive garden quality which I'm fine with. I think it taste a little bit better than olive garden just because everything tests better at disney world.
I go to Tony’s every time I go to Disney, it’s not the best food but it was the first sit down restaurant I went to the first time I went to Disney and lady and the tramp is my favorite movie, I usually get the kids meal lol it’s definitely the memories for me that make me go back every time
