i am not even a big fan of Ciphas interviews but Cipha-Foxx-Rosenberg was much better than Ebro-Laura-Rosenberg. Ebro a egomaniac & Laura is a yes-man.

Lauren D i agree & i think that highlights my point. i never liked Envy's afternoon show from a interview standpoint...but i think Envy is the perfect foil to Charlamagne & Yee's personalities in the Breakfast Club. he plays the role of the straight-laced dude to perfection. i don't want Cipha doing a single slot either...but he & Rosenberg bounce off each other real well (juan ep). they def had a better chemistry than Ebro & Laura.

Lauren D I agree.. Cipha got bored and lazy at hot 97 but he's hella funny in podcasts and in his little comedy shows. Envy by himself ain't so funny but the chemistry fits perfectly with Cthagod and Yee..

+NewYork 516 I really cant stand Envy for some reason. He Seems so fake, I'm surprised nobody else can see it. He's also awkward as fuck, like, in a creepy way. Which is saying something considering Charlamagne be freakin and creepin on a whole different level, but fuck, at least Charlamagne is loveable. So is Rosenburg to, in my opinion. But Envy gives me the creeps. Even though Charlamagne is hyper sexual and Rosenburg is awkward and probably deprived of good non basic pussy (and I have Legitimate proof of that being a fact), I would trust Charlamagne and Rosenburg with a passed out drunk girl over Envy. Envy is weird and creepy and fake and has probably worked with the feds before. Seriously bad vibe and energy from that guy. Cipha seems like a really cool guy, hope everything works out for him professionally. He's probably my favorite at the show (or was I suppose). No one can beat Sway, though.

Hot97 was the number one station for hip-hop and r&b in the 90s and early 00s. They are AWFUL now! AAAWWWFFFUUULLL!! Once Angie finally left, it was over for them. The only person of any real "importance" over there now is Flex and everyone hates him. The golden days were when it was Angie, Star & Buc, Miss Jones, Cocoa Chanelle, Lisa Evers, Fatman Scoop, Ralph McDaniels, Ed Lover, Sunny, Mister Cee, etc.

Ciph I'm on the fence about, there's things I like about him, and there's things that are inexcusable that sour this nigga promise. There's shit Peter put him on to that ciph shoulda all ready been up on. As a dj, ciph's mixes are eeeeeeeeh, I think next to flex peter Rosenberg is probably one of the better interviewers, Peter is a good interface between artist and radio, and what he does know he's true to. I don't know I just want wqht to fall back and stop acting like wbls didn't show grace and let them live back in '94. Jay z is derivative of authentic nyc- bls, Ralph mc danold, flex, clue, strecth bobitto and others like him, flex is a derivative of bls and many titans from that era . Hot97 is responsible for artists like mims this is why im hot ass niggas, and alot of the fraud that is common place today
