What's going on guys and welcome back to the channel! Today, I wanted to take you with us to Parc Astérix! Located in Hauts-de-France, France, this park proved to be incredible and was definitely a favorite! All aboard Toutatis! 😇🎢

It's great you loved the theming but it's sad you don't speak french because you missed the better part of it, the humour. Parc asterix is filled with hundreds of jokes painted on the walls and hidden in the theming.

Fun fact, Goudurix is the first coaster ever created/drawed with a computer, it's THAT old, it's a ""modern"" coaster but built like a very old vekoma or even arrow style. It's been shit for now +15 years, the parc tried a lot of fixes, new train, small retrack etc, nothing last, most french parkfan hope it get replaced or reworked with the new rails something like this for that long. The park aim for a rework and reinforced theming of the zone for around 2030 or a bit early.

having been to both Parc Asterix and Disney Paris (I live in the region), I was BLOWN AWAY by Parc Asterix, it sooo much fun. Oh man, Toutatis wasn't there when I went, I think they were still working on it. Oziris was my favorite when I went. But yeah, there are a lot of hidden jokes all around the park, but you kinda have to know French to get most of them.

The biggest cause of the enjoyment difference on Goudurix is how tall you are I’ve found. If you are just the right height where your head is to high to bang against the restraints, but you’re not that tall that you’re cramped under the restraints and your legs will start banging into the side, so 180 (5’11) to 185 (6’1) is the perfect height for this ride I’d say. Especially shorter people will struggle to enjoy this due to headbanging

in french, 2 and "de" have a similar sound. So Tonnere 2 Zeus sounds the same as the original. Thats like in english if you write " I 8 you "

Toutatis is my current number one, above the likes of Voltron, Untamed, FLY and Taron. It’s just so perfect in every aspect to me, both layout and theming (I’m a fan of the Asterix comics so that helps) might change when I get to ride Hyperia and Ride to Happiness in the next month

I almost have the same list as yours, rth is my second just behind Toutatis, Eejanaika is my third, then come Voltron and Taron, fly and untamed. I'll reride rth in a short time, so I can't wait! I'm sure you'll love it, it's insane!

why I love about this park is the price, it's really cheap and the price didn't increase crazy for all the efforts they've made the last few years (they added 3 coasters and completely revamped Zeus). I remember I paid 25€ in 2013 when Oziris came out, then 35€ and now 50€. But ten years ago I was already paying 120€ for Disneyland Paris, because to ride the good coasters you need the two parks entrance ticket.

I did the old version of tonnere 2 zeus and almost flew of the ride because of how small i was lmaoo also the safety bars used to be just a single horizontal bar and nothing else my sister had to hold me so i didnt fall its good to see the new version haha

This park was probably my favorite from last year as well other than Gröna Lund! Granted Toutatis and Pantheon are constantly compared, but it felt so good to join the Pantheon hype and create my own version of “🤟🏻✌🏻” with 🫰🏻 on its back spike. So much love to Intamin and both are amazing in their own right! And good ol’ Goudurix is basically a meme with those hilarious reactions😂😂
