I live SE of Abilene and N of Brownwood on the border of Callahan County, Eastland County, Brown County. I subscribed last night when finding these updates from Houston, Fox 26. I formerly lived in Beaumont, Texas and was there during Alisha I believe it was. I remember that storm because I drove a Taxi in BMT and worked until we had to close down because we could not get to people with vehicles any longer. That storm turned BMT, Nederland and Port Arthur into an extended northern part of the Gulf and Houston was equally inundated with extreme downtown, in city flooding. I don't remember the year. We had loss of life because of flooding. Houston did as well. Property damage was extreme. It was a wet T.S. It parked over us, that is, Beaumont and Houston. I am watching you now because I'm Texan and lived through Texas weather. I thank y'all for putting this on RU-vid. Am extremely grateful. Understand, my heart goes out to all Texans as well as all who live on and near the gulf coast. Yes, we need rain. When don't we? However, with that said, YOUR RIGHT ON TIME AND PRECAST FOR CONDITIONS COMING WILL SAVE LIVES AND REDUCE PROPERTY DAMAGE. Prepare for floods ,idiots driving in the flood ,power off ,no water ,city shuts down and boot straps since the government wont help at all . Same old same old
@@Sinner_6 In Phoenix? your kidding rock and cactus dont burn, mabe up on the rim and flagstaff....payson....etc.....ive been here since sept 94....no fires just dust storms and heat.....at midnight its still 101 degrees some days.
