I imagine that even if you don’t detect your feelings toward vengeance, it can philosophically ingratiate you in cases where some individual has the luck always to rise above. So, sometimes, during life, it can become a curious observation until you finally see some sign that God may exist. So pleasure is not necessarily about vengeance strictly; it can be an impersonal wonder of a person with their personal God. I went to this level to explain that vengeance does not necessarily come only from evil people.

I forgave my mom for abusing me as a child. She was also a victim of child abuse. But i'll never forget what she did to me, it just makes me want to be better as a parent than she was.
