Is there a danger in watching movies? Can Christians watch just any kind of movie? Should a Christian go to the movies? In this video, Brother Eli Soriano discusses what Christians should remember when watching movies.

If you're living a christian life, you should turn your freetime into rest or watching and listening words of God, instead of being carried away by worldly movies!

That's what I do now work two full-time jobs I still have very little time every with God Almighty and during Saturday's I watch meetings prayer worship and Thanksgiving of God Almighty people's I learned a lots about God Almighty made me wiser thanks to God Almighty be thw glory honor and praise amen 🙏🙏🙏

Totally agree with brother Eli. That's why when are promoted violent films and with bad content, I am opposed. There is too much real evil in the world to translate it also into film that influences many weak minds. Glory be to god! 💛💙❤

The bad thing in watching movies is that it can influence you. You become sad or depressed to movies about death, tragedy or separations and the like. It is best to spend your free time, if you have, to read the bible to be a good Christian.

Movies can give us the lust of the eyes. There are many ideas in movies that can corrupt our minds. It is better for us to do other things instead of watching movies like reading the Bible and watching informative videos on Ang Dating Daan, Brother Eli Channel, The Old Path, etc. It will be better for our minds and souls.

I hardly watch any movies anymore because the popular movies are plagued with Social Justice Warrior agendas that basically ruin the quality of the story telling that the original movies have. For instance, Charlie's Angels was a movie about epic spy girls who fight bad guys. Even though there were some sexual content in that movie since it has to do with girls, it at least wasn't plagued by radical agendas, which is what the current Charlie's Angels have. It was a disaster of a movie. Nothing but Social Justice agendas that promote LGBTQ behavior on younger people, cutting of women's hairs, wearing tattoos and making women look like guys, and the negative promotion of the whole girl power thing that's promoted by Feminism. These old movies are ruined because of these radical mindsets. And has a movie making and story writing standard, this type of thinking ruins the story quality anyway. And that is another reason why non-Christians stopped watching these movies as well.

Thanks be to God for confirming. Indeed, true Christians would prefer to spend their time in reading the Bible or listen to the words of God via ADD preachings rather than watching earthly movies, which we don’t really have time to do.

Being a Christian, we must spend most of our time in doing something that is worthy and valuable. We must not indulge in wordly movies that only teaches and instilling bad things to our minds.

Let us be mindful by the things we are watching because this are influential. Let us find more time in beneficial things like reading the Bible or watch The Old Path videos which can benefit us more spiritual and in different aspects of life. But if you're into watching, Bro. Eli recommends watching scientific movies and documentaries which is informational. Let us not waste time Thanks be to God☺️

Kung isa kang filmmaker kapatid Kung ang movies ay ginagamit ng iba sa masama Gamitin naman natin ang Movies sa Mabuti Para maimplewensyahan natin ang manonood sa Mabuti At makakapag bukas ng kanilang kaisipan sa realidad ng buhay I recognize natin yung mga verses ng Bible at mga aral na may kapupulutan ng aral Ito yung ginagawa ko kapag may school project heheheh

It depends on what genre and story lines or themes they have. Much more if they can inculcate proper values to everyone especially youngsters. Unfortunately, movies nowadays promote corruption of values, beliefs in fallacies and fabricated ideas, escapism and most producers, directors, writers and actors care about raking money and being part of the popular crowd. The storylines are the same old banana which indicate that the script writers are running out of ideas and must be throwing away creativity and authentic talent out of the window just to seek validation from the shallow-minded masses. If you will just remain in that loop, might as well not watch a movie at all and just do something absolutely productive.

It is not bad to watch movies or films, but we need to choose which one will we watch because movies can be indeed influential to the minds of the people. Also, let us not waste time in matters that are just temporal. Why not spend time searching the truth or just reading the Bible that will not only benefit us in this world but also on the world to come. May God be with us all, Thanks be to God✨
