@@EliMaya4 Ayaka's normal attacks also freeze. There is no reason to run her stamina bar to zero if you were actually bridging somewhere far. (The vid just shows a speedy-ish run to a defined destination.) So, the moment you actually have some experience with Ayaka, you won't drown. Your caution is good btw. Though it's more about asserting something that's may be due to lacking knowledge than asserting downside about Ayaka.
Fun fact: his skill was designed so his cryo application lasts around twice as long on water than against enemies. He was created specifically for icebridging
Kaeya's bridge made me feel safest until Wriothesley's. He's the only Cryo catalyst user in the game, which means he's the only character who can just NA spam to freeze. No need to worry about timing or cooldowns.
@@Rin_305 "allowed all party members", not just furina herself (Unless you are telling us that furina indeed allows all party members to walk on water)
@@arielmk7612I assume they're talking about the animation locked platform you get. You can do the same with freminet on his 4th skill procc since his animation lasts for like 2 seconds, allowing his skill to finish cool down perfectly.
Although if its for huge bodies of water like Liyue to inazuma or something like that, ayaka and Wriothsley are gonna be the only ones reaching it for being consistent without really needing to think and time it right For kaeya you really just keep looking at his CD For ganyu you just keep looking down and begging the Ice wont disappear before you fully charge For freminett, He's really just better chongyun for ice bridging. While ayaka and Wriothsley? Ayaka just dash then e skill and repeat While Wriothsley JUST SPAMS NORMAL ATTACKS
kaeyas ice lasts almost double his cooldown, it shouldn be an issue. and if ur acc paying attention, ganyus wont be either. and while freminet is slow, he has an inf icebridge so it doesnt matter.
You can't even reach Inazuma from Liyue on a waverider let alone through ice bridges, the game stops midway and leads you back to where you started duh
I use Wriothesley to cross the Sea between Inazuma and Liyue (From Guyun Forest to Watatsumi Island) using Normal attack of Wriothesley. Wriothesley is the true Ice bridge Character.
@@restart6358 I've heard her skill cooldown is shorter than for how long her skill stays on field, so she could walk on water without any worries anywhere.
I still don't think Ayaka is actually bridging here 🤔If your co-op companions can't cross the water with you then I can't really count it as a bridge. Isn't that the whole point of making one? To use it to cross? Regardless it's interesting to see the speed at which each character can or can't do things. I feel like Chongyun with certain weapons could make an ice bridge, but not sure if his ice will last long enough.
I've done it with coop and its still faster than Wriothesley. Just spam one press dash, NA, then before the cryo infused NA disappears, skill, then ult, then repeat (ofc w/o the ult now) The creator didn't even use her NA (cryo infused) so she got stucked waiting for her stamina to regen in the middle, as shown in the video. She can reach the end at a faster rate if the vid creator did that.
He's not stating that she has cryo in her kit, he's stating that by the video creators logic, since Ayaka just uses alternate sprint to cross water, characters like Furina and Mona would be the best ice bridgers, since in all technicality, she's not bridging, she's just sprinting on the water
For those who are gonna say "ayaka wasn't bridging" she still wins when she bridges(spam sprint, na e)(Before you comment , i want you to know that ayaka uses her sprint and infused attacks to apply cryo on the water, forming a ice platform, making a ICE BRIDGE. *she isn't shown doing so in this video but if she does, she still wins, i never said she was making a ice bridge in this video.* Please stop coping, ayaka is still the best ice bridger in patch 4.1. Any attempt to refute that is just a attempt to clown on yourself.) HI IM BACK WITH A QUESTION. WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER BRIDGING
Ayaka is definitely cool, but I have to agree that it isn’t a bridge in this video. I wish the one making the video had used Ayaka’s attacks to show her making an actual bridge. The question is could another character run alongside in co-op and cross. That’s a bridge. Wriothesley’s ability builds a bridge that another character could cross without cryo or Mona’s ability. But I have seen Ayaka do this too in other videos. Ayaka may still win, but it narrows the gap between them. Wriothesley’s time is pretty close to hers. But it is still a cool video, so thanks!
You can also move forward with Ayaka, after sprint do one normal attack, move and again first attack. She creates ice while ice infusion, meanwhile she regenerate stamina.
Kaeya is still the safest option even though he's the slowest. Not only is his bridge co-op friendly but having a six seconds cooldown for a rather large ice bridge is fair. Especially since his lasts the longest.
I mean, she doesn’t count as an icebreaker, though, since she’s not freezing the water, but I do get your point is that ice bridge and will be outdated
@@taco1005 again if you didn’t read my comment, it said that Ayaka does not count as an ice Bridger either unless she is consistently freezing the water if she’s just skating across it that doesn’t count
To be fair, what Ayaka did was not an "ice bridge", she just dashes through water (unless you spam dash, na, skill that's ice bridge). Also every bow chara can technically do ice bridges from their ca. I've done it with diona
worth noting that, at least on ps5, you can ice bridge pretty efficiently with Rizzley using his buffed charge attack from having less than 60% health. you just gotta heavy attack, dodge and immediately buffer it into another charge attack to force the game away from letting you fall off the edge, as is what usually happens when using neutral or charged attacks
Did ayaka’s really count as ice bridging? Isnt the concept of it is supposed to be freezing the water to get across and not running over it? But even so, ayaka still would make it, im not saying she wouldnt.
Well, Ayaka didn't really make a bridge, if the objective is just to cross you could have used Qiqi's skill and swim away and let her make some ice parts on the way to help her cross
Well, since Ayaka didn't exactly made a bridge, then I think it would be fair if the other two also got a bonus. For Wriothesley use Rosia and then change the time to night. Rosaria increases the movement speed at night so he can ice bridge faster. As for Kaeya, give him the sacrificial sword. At R5 it has 80% to end the elemental cool down on its own, so that means Kaeya can bridge faster.
Diona and Aloy can also do what Ganyu can do if you charge their bow attacks. So they should place the same as Ganyu since they can practically do the same charged ice attack.
small correction here :) Ayaka can carry herself there faster sure but can we truly call that the fastest ice builder? imo its fastest ice crossing for Ayaka since the spesificic way this video used her can't really help others cross the watter she needs to be used properly if you're gonna measure who the actually fastest ice bridge builder is
@@user-rj5hz2ct6x it absolutely is bridging, she can make platforms when exiting the dash and with her E, the latter lasting long enough to recover stamina which allows her to keep going virtually forever or for a very long distance in any case. The fact that she can dash over water is just a bonus.
@@groen90 thats not bridge, that dash in water surface then make ice platform around her later, bridge is by the literal mean is make a bridge, thats not only you but also other player can use it to cross the water surface
For Wriothesley you can substantially increase the speed by doing 1 to 2 punches walking forward and repeating. The immediately punch then animation cancel makes it super fast
