Calling a game raking in tens of millions dying is wild. They need to farm more fomo with co-op battle events and support characters and they will be fine😂
For me their dead week in this game is to long like more than 10 days without any event that give astrite is crazy Kuro should focus on giving us more battle event (with reward of course) and make that event have 2 mode challenge mode and casual (with the same reward of course) i hope kuro make LESS mini game event
GI & HSR also got big revenue drop after 1.0 as well. It's natural. Many said they hyped af for Kafka... how did her first banner didn't perform that well then? It's also significantly cheaper in WuWa to max out a character & a weapon. After S4, most of the time you will have enough currency to buy the remaining Ss outright. Weapon banners also guarantee as well. Meaning that WuWa needs a lot more whales to make the same amount of money as any HV games.
yo JP good video I saw this comment the other day: The reverse tracking was tampered and fixed, they didn't track the two and a half days of Changli banner revenue for global. The important thing is that wuthering waves made roughly around 40~50 million taking into account all platforms, and that is money that kuro has to keep working on the game and provide high quality updates. The game cost 100 million from 2021 to 2024, and it has already recovered its production costs, the best is yet to come, sensor towers credibility however is suspect here so we are chilling I stole this comment and I thought it was really good.
I think the game made enough money to be sustained for at least 2-3 years and having the insurance that the game will be carried on for a long time, people will keep on spending and supporting the game so it's not going anywhere.
Weekly event should be a thing if they want to have long dead weeks. This is why multiplayer content and activity should be a thing. As well as Illusive Realms should have bi-weekly updates.
the game problem which is also a blessing in disguise, is that for 1.1 they went from 6 to 7 weeks long without adding an event which make it feel a bit more dry than it should be the good part we get one week of weekly farming and dailies for free since when they advanced the 1.1 release they gave around a week of pulls and cubes as compensation, so we got that week for free which helps to save ressources and pulls, the bad part is that the game feels a bit empty (its a gacha so its expected but they should have added a random event and some rewards for it)
Honestly I gotta agree with the localization issue, the names, the places are super overwhelming to both pronounce and to remember they def could've done it better.
@@beestek.94 Bro they are trying.. They are new company give them some space... Criticism on pronounces what type os criticism is that... Every one is not perfect we do mistakes.. But main thing is they are working on them... Lets appreciate it...
@@KhawarJuni again, you can appreciate the game but also be critical about it. If the criticism is valid and will help improve the game, then by all means, criticize it. Genshin Impact has a lot of players that say the same thing as you. And it's also the reason why the game stagnated and never improved aside from a few QoLs that were added.
@@KhawarJunicome on now. Constructive criticism and hating are not the same. We don't want WuWa to be another Genshin that refuses to innovate until WuWa comes.
Just log in do dailies and log out like the other gacha games you play and wait for new content lmao it ain't that deep. Solon Li already said this game far exceeded Kuro's expectation and they didn't expect this to be such a massive hit that's why there was so many fk ups, also they survived with 2-3m for years on PGR to get to here, they will be fine. Personally i'm enjoying the combat because there's nothing similar to this so i'll be playing wuwa until EOS like everyone is naysaying i guess lol.
I love this game but it's bringing Genshin vibes. Game been dead since second week of the latest update. Maps are super small. There's nothing much to do ingame. Besides using waveplates. And i feel it's to early to feel this way about a game that came out, 2 months ago? I dont know.. but i'm kinda bored of it already unfortunately.
People really be out here no-lifeing/speedrunning a game and complain that there's nothing to do once they complete everything. I've seen this complaint for EVERY GACHA GAME. Once you complete the endgame and exploration, there is nothing to do. Please don't treat gacha games as they're normal games with replayability. (It's also still too early, I'd agree with you if it was something like genshin and all we had for 4 years was TOA. At least new holograms seem to be added quite fast, so for now it looks fine.)
Disagree about leveling process being fair. Its the biggest killer of this game for me. Im sticking it out till the next content drop, but upgrading my characters feels absolutely terrible at lvl 80. The mat costs for literally everything is astronomically too high vs the plate cost to do any activity and the drop rate of said activities, which means im hard stuck using my main team and unable to ever swap anyone out because all the other characters on my account are too underleveled, and it would take at least a month to catch them up to be usable. This creates incredibly unfun/boring gameplay imo. I have also stopped rolling on the last couple banners because thats just another month + of mat farming till I can even begin to use that character. This is a real problem that needs to be fixed, or people will either stop rolling on banners out of frustration or simply walk away from the game.
@@Andy_89 I mean who knows, do you know? If you do where are your sources apart from speculation, at most it's speculation AT BEST. I don't think it it will truthfully but again who knows, it could but it also might not. So who really knows.
Just dailies?? End Game Content is a joke here..other than that just explore.. I mean they are bringing the content but just very limited like events.. Hope for better
Game recently launched ffs. Ppl have that fortnite/genshin brain rot where they need a constant stream of new shit to feed their adhd braincells every single week or day. Go outside how about that?
The worldbuilding needs a major overhaul. For a supposed "Genshin-killer" it is not acceptable at all. Genshin is still king in worldbuilding compared to Wuwa and outside of combat Wuwa has nothing to offer. Once you have figured out what combat style suits you best, you keep doing the same: log in, do dailies, farm echos - get lucky or get trolled by RNG.
It has only just started mate and we already have decent enough informations from character profiles and personal stories for now already. Moreover, all gachas share the same fate during the end of the patches no? E7, Hsr and even Genshin becomes a farm-fest for better gear/equipment.
"king" is a bit of an exaggeration. I agree, the game needs further improvement but the same can be said for genshin as well . Genshin has nothing good to offer as well otherwise ppl wouldn't leave that game myself included.
@@wattozzchimera1956 They had two years to innovate but if you look at the side, world and character quests, we can say that they are a downgrade, especially world-quests which feel way too cheap. Genshin has its own problems, however it is also not known as a combat-focused game and shines in exposition compared to Wuwa. And Wuwa has already told us who Rover is and that would be the equivalent of Genshin telling us who the traveller is, finding his sword with the power of fame and friendship, in the very first chapters. That is cheap storywriting. When Genshin 1.0 came out, it left many in awe and we had an idea where the game would be going. In Wuwa it is just the grind that keeps min-maxers engaged but lore-focused folks have already forgotten about Wuwa. Worldbuilding happens right in the beginning and if the early worldbuilding is mid or even lower than that, people leave. To kill Genshin, Kuro needs to be much better and innovate. PGR tried at least and devs keep experimenting. Even tho, the revenue is lower, PGR is overall a better game - all while it has no open world. Kuro needs to stop cloning Genshin and start experimenting. They can do better than that and PGR has shown it.
Well I'll probably get attacked for saying this but tbh Genshin left people in awe simply because it was the first game exactly like it (although we all know it borrowed plenty from other games), not because version 1.0 was actually amazing. I just started going through the first archon quest on my alt genshin account and I can confirm: everything feels kinda... awkward and dead, frankly. Characters always look spaced out, story feels soooo childish, and I have no idea what the point of anything is. We're lost without our memories but we have our bestie floating Paimon to repeat every line twice so we're never confused, as we chase around a little boy drunkard in pigtails and try to steal a magic harp so we can mend his relationship with his dragon bff. That's it in a nutshell. I'm sorry, but the beginning of genshin is really not better than the beginning of wuwa. Wuwa story places us right in the middle of a war. Real human struggles. Running into battle alongside fellow warriors. Things we can relate to. Okay, I said it. Now go ahead and tear me to shreds lol
If Wuwa is trying to be Genshin then I wouldn't play Wuwa in the first place at all. The lore on genshin is good but the storytelling is just so bad imo, if there was a skip button I would skip all of it and just watch the lore vids. There are good characters stories in genshin but the story of the twin MC is just annoying at this point. They will meet then disappear then meet again then disappear again. If Genshin has the story as its selling point then its doing a bad job at it. So nope not gonna stick around for genshin. I'd rather play ZZZ , HSR, wuwa and PGR.
