I remember back in 2005 when basic cable + showtime was around $55 a month. Nowadays I'm only paying for Peacock and AMC Plus. When it comes to attending live events, ticket prices are insane. I feel really bad for kids these days. They can't even enjoy the things we did back in our childhood, not even Disneyland. I'm a gen x'er btw. Things need to change!
Yeah but with cable and showtime you got a lot and it was pretty standard to have, I only own peacock, USA and fox just for wwe other than that I don’t touch tv as I have RU-vid, and other streaming services
I feel like being able to watch for normal fans is over. Only thing i can watch anymore is the highlights on youtube and currently Smackdown but those days will be over soon as well due to the move to Netflix.
Remember when Jim Cornette reviewed RAW 25 and his co-host said the HB crowd was nothing but rich kids and business men instead of normal people who work at the factory or hang in a Bodega
I pirate the PPV's since I don't have cable and WWE doesn't give me an option to stream in Canada legally without cable like you can do in the United States. So I feel they're encouraging me to steal their PPV's. Sorry HHH. I used to be able to do so before on the WWE Network before they moved to Peacock.
I was looking at tickets to Smackdown in Tulsa, Oklahoma in a month 4th row camera side $550 to sit 7 rows behind the announce desk $262 which isn't all that bad but i remember sitting 4th row at Great Balls of Fire PPV for $350. Tickets have gone way up heck sat 4th row at Hell in a Cell PPV Seth/Dean match for $120. You can forget about going to Summerslam those tickets are crazy high
