If you are very flexible and often feel like you don't feel a stretch in yoga poses, YOU DON'T NEED TO STRETCH in that pose. Your muscles are already plenty flexible. If you keep pushing deeper and deeper, you'll hit a breaking point. Everyone has a point of risk.
Rather than focus on stretching and becoming more flexible, think about becoming stronger in your yoga poses, and focus on strength, balance, and coordination.

Thank you, you’ve answered my questions. I’ve hurt myself plenty. Pull gluteus minimus twice, now doesn’t heal after 3 years. Thank you for all the advice, I wish I had heard your advice earlier.

I watched all 3 parts. Very eye opening. I will definitely be more mindful of the position I put my body in from now on during yoga class. I assume upward dog is a no no for lower back? I started doing the 5 Tibetan Rites, any thoughts on this practice? Table probably no good for shoulders either. Thank you for the info.

According to this mam yoga is bad thing so can't do yoga.

What? That’s not what I said. I teach yoga, and love yoga. Contortionism is silly and pointless. Good thing traditionally yoga has nothing to do with deep stretching! We can just modify the poses to be more about strength and stability instead.
