Thank you, truly. I kept getting stabby pulses of pain in my left forearm. I tried the side neck stretch and my pain stopped immediately, but now my neck is cramped. I’d rather deal with a cramped neck, than stabby nerve pain. Must’ve been some compression there. I recently got a new pillow so maybe that is it.

I can't get the pain out, I can't sleep and I have classes my bone hurts so much

That third stretch against the cupboard is so painful, it's like a painful stretch. I have pain from gripping. Feels like muscle overuse, but it acts up really quickly after just several minutes of writing. It's like RSI in my forearm flexors and extensors but has not located specifically to the tendons at my elbow, so I know it's not tendinitis. Any videos on that would be great!

I must say that these videos have really helped with my aches and pains. With that said, I do find it VERY hard to hear what you're saying. I will normally have to turn other videos down. But with yours, I have to crank the volume up and I still have trouble hearing you. Just wanted to give my thoughts on it.

First: Been following you guys for a long time. Your videos are fantastic and I refer clients here frequently. Question: I've been through all of your shoulder/neck pain videos, and definitely have issues in my neck. However, I don't really have constant "pain" unless I touch certain areas, but my ring finger and little finger have been cold/clammy and tingly, plus I have an occasional ache on the lateral side of my arm. I have knots on the median border of my scapula that are excruciating, all through my upper traps, down in the crease on the top of my shoulder, around my clavicle, and at the base of my SCM. I also have a point on the front of my humerus that hurts when pressed. They are all on the right side. I'm a fitness instructor so I know my body has been beat to death but I can't get any relief from this. Rolling, stretching, massage, chin tucks... Nothing has helped. Is it normal to have a trigger point at the base of the SCM that causes pain near the scapula (and vice versa)? My PT here claims I'm a weird case bc traditional stuff never works well on me. Hoping you guys have some groundbreaking info for me.

Mine certainly does. This morning the Neurologist did nerve conduction testing that showed clearly that my arm pain is coming from my C8 base of neck impingement. I am being sent to Phys Therapy but I would love to see a video from the two of you on treatment for this issue!

Weeks ago, I had a pain in the left side of my neck, and it shot into my shoulder. Eventually, the pain went away, but I feel a weird tension in my arm and shoulder, when I push my head back. My left arm keeps getting numbness now randomly, and immediatelyget a numbing sensation in the top side of my whole arm when I lean my head back (tuck my chin) Please help

Thank you guys, what if when I place my hand on the wall (and it hurts) but then when I tilt my head on the opposite direction (like you are showing in the video) it doesn't hurt, is that a sign it is not a neck problem? because if it was it would hurt?

I would be very grateful if you ll tell me what problem do I have. It all became with an intercoastal (ribs) pain, like a twinge, after the pain went to the neck and the neck was very numbness and very paintfull, and finaly it went to my right arm, making it numbness, unable to keep it in right position, my stenght was running out, unable to armwrestle. I feel something that crakles in my elbow, I am unable to strain my triceps, and i have a weird position of my shoulder like is getting out. I ve done EMG, cervical RMN , but nothing was showing to be wrong. It's like 8 months since it begans, now I just discovered your videos done some exercises and feel better. Please help me with some good medical advice :). Thanks!

I'm just Dx'd with advanced DDD, C5-C7 but I can't start physical therapy for another month. Meanwhile the numbness and burning seem to be a bit relieved when I wear a cervical collar. The effect is similar to your fourth evaluation technique. It even seems to help the GI symptoms. My question is does wearing the collar at home for several hours a day do more harm than good? Am I weakening the muscles that keep those disks from getting any worse?

I’ve been dealing with left should, upper arm pain since December 5/6th & recently for the past few days I’ve noticed ma pain radiates from right to left upper arm or shoulder and than on my legs and I’m scared not knowing what’s causing it I’ve mentioned it to my PCP she told me to see a neurologist

my upper thoracic rarely bothers me since the three year bodybuilding I did. Now it is rehabbing my hip before surgery date set & getting a family physician on it first so I don't get a blood clot. Its tricky cause I was not given any workable offer when my sister chose a high appraisal method at the time before she was movie g my elderly mother to safety away from the fear my whiplash & 2012 bicycle & vagrancy caused.

I am exhausted For over a year I’ve been having a heavy dull chest pain below to the side of my left breast for the past 8 months I’ve been having constant pain down my left arm and last two small fingers. It’s constantly weak and numb. I’ve had multiple ct scans showing my heart is normal. I went for an mri scan for the back of my neck to check for a pinched nerve and I’m waiting for the results. I had a chest x Ray that came back fine about 10 months ago. But I don’t think it is my neck because I’ve done all these tests and nothing effected me as you said. I also recently noticed the past few weeks I’m coughing up a lot of phlegm, I’ve been a smoker for 15 years and have recently quit. Ive changed my eating habits and exercise routines, I keep asking my doctor after watching a video on RU-vid saying a symptom of lung cancer can be it pressing on a nerve that effects the use of your arm but I can’t get referred. I don’t know if it’s because of Covid the dr is busy or overwhelmed but I’m exhausted Does anyone have any idea on what’s wrong with me? I’m so tired it’s really ruling my life 😞

I have a bad c5. I had therapy.he was getting a knot out of my shoulder blade. Now I have excruciating pain. It will go down bicep elbow forearm, then to my fingers. My fingers are numb, for awhile after. .. DDD BONE SPURS LOWER BACK RIGHT SIDE.

Thank you for these. I do have frequent back pains, related a possible nerve. But now I have a pain coming from my back but my chest also is in pain with certain movements. From all of these tests the neck/back hurts. My left arm is been numb and the chest keeps hurting along with my back movements. Is it normal to have this pain in the chest? I’m seeing a doctor soon but stopped here finding an idea if this might be something more serious.

Can you get this pain from coughing aggressively for 2 weeks? I’ve had a viral cold for 2 weeks and I’ve been coughing like crazy and now my neck (front and back), chest, back (shoulders) and left arm hurt so bad. I’ve had heart tests and all that done but they were all normal. Could this be from a pinched nerve or anxiety?

This started with numbness & tingling in both hands. To muscle spasms that caused my arms to straighten out & fingers to spread apart as much as they could. It lasted 10 minutes at the most. Then several months ago i started getting such horrific severe pain in both my hands that i can't use them. It then spreads up the arm slowly just getting increasingly painful (from hand to wrist, then elbow, shoulder, into the base of my neck). It's happening more often, incredibly painful, making it so i can't take care of myself. I can't do anything, at all. Nothing. Help.
