Сейчас китайцы получше стали делать даже нонэймы. Я уже пару купил, оба бесшумные. Но у них оба подшипника скольжения самоцентрующиеся. А этот вентилятор из прошлого века. Задний подшипник фиксированный, отсюда и проблемы. Чтобы он крутился на первой скорости, пришлось корпус двигателя подпиливать. Но идеально собрать такой мотор сложно. Небольшой эксцентриситет сразу вызывает осевую детонацию.

@@IurisWorkshop самоцентрирующийся подшипник или втулка? Потому что часто самоцентрирующиеся втулки становятся источником скрипа.

@@properlo Я не знаю что вы называете втулкой. Если вы имеете в виду подшипник скольжения, то да. Это редкий вентилятор, где передний подшипник самоцентрующийся, а задний - нет. Отсюда и все беды. У меня есть ещё несколько вентиляторов советских и китайских, везде всё сделано грамотно. Советскому уже 50 лет (Пингвин), там я уже распилил подшипники, потом подбил и развернул развёрткой. Опять в строю. :)

@@properlo втулка это и есть подшипник - называется подшипник скольжения , шариковый - качения.

У меня вытяжной в ванной через полгода загудел, при замене подшипников тоже так решил отбалансировать, так там пипец сколько пришлось высверливают металла, теперь шуршит только воздухом и не первый год.

@@IurisWorkshop sometimes with lubricant on it, it won't spin even i adjust the screws at the motor casing, is just humming and the rotor is stuck but when there's no power flowing i spun the rotor and it was actually fine and smoothly spinning, the rotor was stuck cuz of the boosing was ripped off or scratched from the shaft so when there's magnetic field flowing through the rotor is just sucking the rotor not spinning it

There is no play between the plain bearings and the shaft. And if there was a backlash, then it would be easier to replace the entire fan. But an unbalanced rotor with an impeller causes axial detonation. As for the restoration of plain bearings, I have two copyright technologies.
