If you don't know it, search for "forgot my google account". If you can't recover your google account or password, then the next option would be to search " Your phone's / tablet's model name + FRP unlock ". And if you still can't do it, you will need a special paid service. Good luck ;)

This video is for the Samsung A13. Anyway if the volume button is just one button, you can press it high for volume up or down for volume down. Turn off the phone and just press volume up + pwr button for 10 seconds. If it doesn't work. Press all buttons until the phone restarts, and then imediately release volume down, but keep pressing volume up and pwr button. Good luck 😊

You have to get into the recovery and if you follow the video it must work. Cable to PC, hold all buttons until the phone restarts, then hold just volume up and power. Then release power button and still hold the volume up button. Good luck

@@HatemBadawy-ln9bo Sorry, my mistake. For the A13 model you don't need the cable. If it won't work you can try with a cable connected to the computer and pressing the same buttons. The pc just needs to be powered on, no software or something is needed. It must work. Good luck.
