If you are faced with too many deep recesses in a small area it is likely that you will be best off fitting an inlay rather than overstretching the film. For more Tips n' Tricks and awesome Total Wrap films check out www.iSee2.eu
great video I have a project I want to start and my fairings have 2 inlays on each side and I wasent sure how to do that area thanks for saving me material and headaches
I would definitely use knifeless tape instead of trim tape and a blade. Means the cut will be very straight and much easier and safer than using a blade
Great job guys ! i have a question ! How does the first layer of inlay vinyl not show through the second part of vinyl when you did the wide body panel vinyl ?
@@boydsterling3193 damn, im getting my e90 back soon so once i have money again imma do it and ill lyk how it goes lmaooo. also lowkey what color were u gonna do. Im considering between black, dark blue, orange, and black (all satin)
yes i know. but for that particular car it dont look necessary. i have seen far worse/complicated bumpers that im sure would need inlays, but they have been done in one piece.
Hello David. Thank you for your question. Every surface and/or car is different, so it is the sole choice of the applicator to decide to use inlays or not.
