Rustage is rapping for the anime Re: Zero The main character has like a safe point so everytime he dies he goes back to his 'checkpoint' and has to figure out what went wrong and the timeline changes a bit everytime that's why he raps again at the end he is in a death loop like the MC but slightly changes the verse (timeline) very smart

Rustage has actually explained he almost always goes first in his own songs for a few reasons, mainly because logically people are coming to HIS channel, for HIM. And also despite having the rapper's name in the corner, people will just not see that and assume whoever goes first is whoever owns the channel, so if he does a song with Fabvl and Fabvl comes in first, people will assume "Ok so Fabvl is who Rustage is". Which i have seen, so fair enough. Ignoring that, he had a different reason this time. Subaru, the character he's rapping as this time, has a power where if he dies he goes back to a checkpoint to try again. So Rustage repeated his verse with some differences. It's pretty brilliant. Also love that "his level's 10, i'll go for a thousand" line. That's from Overly Cautious Hero, an anime where the main character is INCREDIBLY over cautious, and will grind his level 10 times higher than even a basic enemy's just to be absolutely sure he'll defeat it. It's actually a really good anime.

Rustage is Subaru from Re:Zero. MC is transported to a fantasy world. Cursed/Blessed: every time he dies he revives at some point before his death until he can get past the terrible event. Breeton Boi is the MC from Konasuba. Very funny anime. VI Seconds is the MC from Shield Hero. MC is someone who is hated on for being the class he was given. Accused & Abused by the people & his colleagues. He overcomes with his comrades to become the best. Slick is the MC from Log Horizon. MC is teleported into the RPG with thousands of other players. They band together in Guilds to try to survive & find out why. Shao Dow is the MC from Gate. This one's kinda different as a first they are invaded by an army of fantasy characters then they send the JSDF to the other side to kick some teeth in. Kadesh Flow is Kirito from Sword Art Online (SAO). Trapped in a video game were if you die there you die in real life. Mir Blackwell is Rimiru from "That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime". Title self explanatory. MC dies & is reincarnated as a OP slime in a Dungeon. One of my favorite anime. Ham Sandwich is the MC from "No Game No Life". MC & sister are game junkies/masters, they are teleported to a world where games decide everything. Gameboyjones is the MC from the only Isekai I haven't watched yet. "Hero is Op, But Overly Cautious" some will correct me if I'm wrong. Shofu is Ainz Ool Gown from "Overlord". MC's favorite MMO is shutting down so falls asleep as it does. Ends up in a fantasy world with all the power & minions from his game. Also one of my favorite. Highly recommend every single one for a watch through.

If you do decide to listen to his music... there are a lot of good ones, imo. It's a crime he doesn't get as much recognition as he deserves but tbh.. The whole thing about this guy called Subaru is that he respawnes at a certain "checkpoint" whenever he dies, with him being the only one remembering it. As a lot of people have said Isekai is a type of anime were the protagonist or mc is tranported to another world but there are technicalities for instance dr.stone is considered an isekai even though technicaly the characters aren't in another world but another time and SAO takes place in a video game so these while Isekai they aren't in another world per say. One could consider a 3500 year difference as another world which I agree by the way its pronounced E suh kai

Isekai anime is anime where the main character is reincarnated or is sent to another world. Some peeps just call it other world anime. And the vast majority of it be fantasy/adventure esk anime. Ma Favourite shit really. And I feel like all the rappers in this really felt like they characters. Like rust ages character is meant to be a guy that represents pride and you can hear that in the rapping or Vi seconds character is a character that was put through some shit by the people who summoned him and was made out to be a criminal so you could feel the aggression of the character and hear in the rapping how distant he is from most people and angry.
