From the mountain regions of Northern Italy we make our way to LAKE ISEO in the hope to find a camping spot over the very busy Ferragosto holiday (15 August). It's the peak of summer in Italy and not only is it seriously hot, every beach, river and lake is packed with holidaymakers. This is probably NOT the best time to be in Italy if you're looking for tranquillity and a choice of places to overnight with a campervan or motorhome
