amazing, i love Ishar and this remaster just reminds now even more of the music from Summoning - a black metal band who even used the art from Ishar 1 on their Album Minas Morgul
@@ArthLud - that ones great too! all their albums i love them - Oath Bound is probably my favorite of all, it was the first one i heard from them and captivated me so thoroughly, i still whistle the intro probably everyday at some point
Superb remaster... It's absolutely astonoshing that Fabrice Hautecloque judged his work as a "cheap conan rip off"... It's been twenty years that I listen to this soundtrack, never get bored... so full of memory... so full of soul... Ishar gameplay is so 'meh', but the atmosphere is absolutely unmatched and unique. Change the music and the game will not be the same !
OMG!, I never hear about it, I think that nowadays is the right moment to make a remake of this game, not so many people know it and now we have enough graphics to make something really impressive
I made plans, how it could be remastered and even developed further (deeper character interactions, turn-based fights, etc.) - the problem is, that I could be the game designer, but I'm not a programmer.
What means VR (probably not Virtual Reality do you mean)? Hmm, I could try, maybe there exists some more Ishar fanatics. :) I would give so much content (lore, story, character interactions, conversations, etc.) and make a much deeper RPG part, especially with the fights. Graphics is there, music is there, sound effects could be improved, but they are also there. An engine is needed, what powers all of that plus some AI.
