I used to binge watch your videos all the time when I was studying in engineering school. I admired your work and make me feel like I want to make furniture like yours one day. Now when I watch this video again I noticed there was a black and white bird got stuck in your workshop and just watches over. Now I have my very own workshop doing woodworking for a living and I named my brand as "Murai Woodworks" which is a local name for type of black and white bird that always comes around at my place :)
For the life of me, I cannot imagine why anyone would thumbs down any of your videos. They are wonderful! Please keep making them. It's inspiring. Arrigato gozaimasu!
We use a pressurized steam in ours but results are results! Another lovely piece. Thanks for being an inspiration to me even after 40 years in the trade!
Ishitani trade mark burnt into wood should be a siluette of a guy, wearing a cap, jacket holding a long stick at about 45 degrees up. Thank you for lovely video.
recently bought a low table from tendo mokko because i fell in love with their plywood mold application. this video reminds me of it so much. cant want to import the table when it is produced.
Look fwd to seeing what's going on with those.. 2 things that I've always wanted to do and have to get still is a steam Box for bent lamination and A vacuum bag with pump for veneers..

Shanta Narain the pieces hanging on the wall were the freshly bent pieces with a clamp attached so that they keep their shape. Boards will want to spring back to their original straight shape.
Ustedes tienen un taller muy bonito y esta conectado con todo lo que fabrican, podria poner un video como se hace el aparato para doblar la madera al vapor?
Wtf did I just see? Been watching woodbending videos for a while now, and everybody is doing it in laminations of mm thickness boards or they tend to break. Then I come across Ishtani, and he just bends 1" or more thick wood! 😮😮
