Id like to see my guy work on strengthening the quads & running with more weight behind the legs, and also work on lateral movements instead of jus being north south with no juke moves, &/or work on a stiff arm, couldnt gotten him a lot more yards i believe. As hard as he stomps on the ground, to me he is still not a 'hard' runner or someone difficult to tackle. Obviously he has his power run or angry run moments but too often i feel he was tackled too easily.

Different breed. Mahomes is obviously the main reason for the chiefs dominance but the recent draft classes from the chiefs are the other reason why they are back to back champs. Getting so many top players on rookie contracts (many of them late round picks) is unheard of. Pacheco is definitely one of them

Typically when we talk about "explosive plays," it's all catches or runs of at least 20 yards. But given that the average yards per carry in the NFL is only about 4½, while the average yards per reception is well above 10, it's probably more appropriate to include 10+-yard rushes and 20+-yard receptions. Using that as our metric of explosiveness, Isiah Pacheco has amassed 51 such plays (48 rushing, 3 receiving) across the regular season and postseason since he entered the league in 2022, 14th among running backs and 19th among all players (1st is, unsurprisingly, Christian McCaffrey, with a total of 96 explosive plays). This isn't related to Pacheco specifically, but a lot of people have been deriding Patrick Mahomes for becoming a checkdown passer in the wake of Tyreek Hill's departure, and while his average depth of target has decreased substantially since his monster 2018 campaign, he's thrown more completions of at least 20 yards than any other QB in the league since the beginning of the 2022 season (145; 2nd is Jared Goff, with 136). Of course, not all of those are air yards, but that's true of every QB nowadays and there's a precipitous dropoff after Goff on that list.

He is such a beast. Getting those tough yards after contact. But guys hear me out.. Pacheco runs hard YES! But he also runs to contact a lot. Two injuries and 2 surgeries in 2 years. He is not a make you miss in open field guy or once he gets in the second level. And that’s the ONE thing CEH does better than Pops. Josh Jacobs? Yeah the Chiefs might go after him..

Love Pacheco, but "Top Plays"? Who compiled this? I saw 3 yard runs, 4 yard receptions, and a play he got kicked in the head. He averages over 3 yds/carry, so the 3 yard run is literally a below average play for him. Yet his runs to seal the Bills game.. not included. 😂

Not hating, because he has great speed, but you gotta be trash to not get at least 4.5 a pop behind that blocking.
