I am a resident of Charleston, WV. Visited last year, and I can not get this place out of my mind. It was the most peaceful I have felt in my life. I can’t explain it, it was just peaceful, serine; I felt life there.
seventy one years old and I'm nearly in tears < How did I miss this? Every where I have been and everything I have done, and I missed the mark < Maybe my heart was broken, looking for love in all the wrong places, perhaps my karma was not very good, but now I look at this and can only wonder, how did I miss this? Sanat Darhm is not Hinduism......Hinduism has millions of Gods. Sanat Dharma refers to the unchangable reality of the soul's relation to God, the Supreme person Lord Krsna. As water is liquid by nature, although you can change it to steam vapor or ice, it's natural constitution is as a liquid. All souls, in all varying bodies and universes, are all originally related to the Supreme father, Krsna. From life to life, one can change his body, religion, civilization and even planet but one's constitutional relation to God, Lord Krsna is permanent and eternal.....that cannot change, that is the meaning of Sanat Dharma.
I feel proud how western adopted the style life that our ancestors used to and at the same I feel ashamed to say how we the fellow Indians lost the spirit of sanathan now a days ..😢
Iskcon followers are wonderful people. All the time they are doing something or other but never wasting time on idle gossip. Despite strong regimentation in their day to day way of life, they look so peaceful and happy. This happiness is very much contagious they leave a serene and devine impressions on the people they talk to and all around. Organisation like yours should grow more and more for ultimate peace to the world.
I have been going there since 4 yrs now, every year around Jul-Aug and it is the most spiritual/serene place in the US I have come across. Truly recommend it for a min. of 3 days and you will feel like new born. The Hare Krishna chanting everyday is just so soul soothing. Hare Krishna.

Good job prabhus! Nice to see how Jay Krishna Prabhu has accepted such big responsibilities for Srila Prabhupada's pleasure at New Vrindavan. He was a brillant manager at Radhadesh always ahead of local devotees and I'm happy he found a project in Krishna consciousness that can engage his genuine qualities and fulfill his desires to his heart's content. Vrindavan, the pastime sacred garden of love of the Lord is within every heart of all living beings where the ignorant mind takes shelter and absorb the joyous moments of life. But, the Physical Vrindavan is as much important as mental Vrindavan as it is the physical expression of the Lord's Plays in various forms. I am very much impressed of this New Vrindavan Site and want to visit the place and get the blissful feel of the Lord in this New Vrindavan. I wish- such a purely beautiful Vrindavan Garden is established everywhere in the world. And when I see ISKCON temples, places and followers, and putting myself in equation as born Indian, I see that ISKCON has taken the teachings, religion to a different level, closer to how it is supposed to be. In routine life of Indians, we still celebrate Janmastmi, have temples and prayers, but somewhere we also drawn closer to western style of life, lavishness, spending at malls, eating at KFCs or McDonalds, taking loans, buying expensive cars. I will say it is natural, exotic seems cool, so much new to discover and find out. I like many things from western culture, and at times find myself more inclined to it than my own culture, I guess I am just trying to reach the inner peace. Many ways, one destination! Appreciate what ISKCON doing for several decades, watching this video makes me reflect on my own life, where I am going, what I am looking for, and I think gurus in past already did their part and conclusion was Simple living, high thinking!
God is one and eternal and so the infinite glory of His creation and beauty enchants our hearts forever and ever. Just as it is good to be immersed in the flow of his pleasure, it is just as dear to him to arrange our heart offerings in the place of his prayers. So the mind is lost. As if lost forever. Where ever people keep chanting supreme souls name and protect cows, there peace, prosperity, and knowledge always flourish. Because the cows are considered as kaamdhenu, i.e they bless and bestow humanity with good luck and prosperity. Cows are only such animals that inhale carbon dioxide and exhale oxygen. There many more reasons why the cow has a sacred place in Hinduism.
Karma always pays and what's amazing is you get to decide the payback whether good or bad, it's up to you... So be humble, don't hurt anybody, be good to animals, eat healthy,
