By the way it is not Allowed in Islam to be part of a military that fights against Fellow Muslims. Its a major sin that takes you out of Islam unknowingly. @@GodfreyAnderson-hk2zz The argument here is, that the early church compiled and canonized the old testament (and hence why it is somehow different than the jews scripture) and later wrote the new testament. Even though the new testament was said to be written by the guide of holy spirit, it was not directly from Jesus (well I mean if you believe that the holyspirit is god, then somehow it was from Jesus, but what I meant is, it was not based on Jesus' saying during his time on earth). Islam then came and claim that that was not the original message from Jesus. Based on this argument, there will be no way to give evidence of the original Jesus's teaching. It all comes down to individual's faith, whether you believe the concept of three but one (trinity), or not. Back then during Muhammad's time, I don't think that people convert to Islam because they can prove that the bible was distorted, it was simply because they did not have strong believe in the trinity.

However, they are not more jewish than jews, because the word jewish means a descendant of Juda, i.e an ethnic affiliation. As to Abraham, Allah (SWT) says in the holy Quran he was neither a jew nor a christian.

Every sin then requires an eternity to balance, so any and every sin damns you eternally.
