We anchored our Catalina 22 on Hog Island byto swim and hunt for sea glass before sailing home to our mooring on the 4th of July. Please enjoy and subscribe to my channel. ⛵ 🎸 Music by Silas Campbell meggyocean
@@DayDreams-sailing btw, I'm glad you got him to make more music! I find it a really relaxing style for some reason.. just very chill. Much appreciated 👍
I like that you still posted even though this is from 4th of July... I feel like I should go back and post some of my prime-summer-sailing. looks like a good time!
Thanks for the video. Found your channel while looking for cat-22 videos. You guys should make more videos! I'm sure the YT sailing community would welcome you with open arms.
I read the description, but where abouts is this? Having fun, it looks like. I've got a Catalina 22, 1973. Been sailing her for twelve years, such a great choice for my first sailboat. I singlehand and go out for a few days and nights. Im in the Midwest, giant lake with a 500 boat marina. Awesome, fair winds mateys
This is in Bristol, RI! It’s a really fun boat, I’ve never sailed in fresh water before but your boat must really enjoy it. Looking forward to this season, fair winds 🫶🏻
@@DayDreams-sailing nice, thanks. Yeah I couldn't tell from your video if it was fresh water or not. PS mine's a swing keel, how bout yours? I looked at a fin keel, really glad I went with the swing version. Yeah, I'll be on the water soon too!
@@stevepeterson5943 ours is also a swing keel. It’s perfect for anchoring in the shallow coves and beaches where we like to hang out. Plus we save a bunch of money on launching and storage by doing it all ourselves!
