This summer we went to Island Park Idaho for our family summer vacation. Here are some of our favorite things to do near Island Park: Harriman State Park, Mesa Falls, Big Falls Inn, Playmill Theatre, Howard Springs, Big Springs, Johnny Sack Cabin, West Yellowstone, Yellowstone National Park, Cave Falls, Grand Prismatic Spring, Old Faithful Geyser, and playing in the Snake River. We had a close encounter with a black bear that you can see at 7:30. We also took our little girls to go horse riding at Yellowstone Horses at Eagle Ridge Ranch. We couldn't have had a better time. It was a fun Yellowstone Family Vacation!

Stumbled on this page looking for tips about traveling to Yosemite with kids and started watching the rest of the videos. What a sweet family. My girls and I loved watching you all having fun. Thanks for sharing and for all the great info about traveling to these places with kids. God bless.

Hi Ron. Your going to have a great time. We had so much fun we are actually going back this summer. We’ve already got our tickets to the Playmill Theater to watch Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. Another thing in the area that you might want to see that we didn’t mention in the video is Quake Lake. Have fun and thanks for watching!

We have a cabin literally right next to you! We love the snake river! It’s one of my favorite places to be. I also love the Cafe Sabor, they got some good food there.

Really sorry to hear that. I don’t know of one unfortunately. Everyone in Island Park that I met is very friendly. You might want to try asking around at a local gas station, restaurants, etc.
