What do you do when you want to live in a barn - but there aren't any nearby? You build one! At least that's what handyman Andy and his wife Nikki decided to do!
The pair set to work creating their dream home on the Island of Arran, creating a modern barn conversion with a New York-style loft interior inside.

‘It’s a lovely place to come home to’.... if I owned a house like yours I’d never leave. Beautiful homage to a barn conversion, the furniture, fixtures, finish, colour scheme and decor throughout are absolutely fantastic.

Lovely home, inside and out. Love the door built into the stone wall/foundation of the home in the back of the house. Very comfortable looking home 😊

Whit an afa bonnie hoose. But, the duvet cover shown at 1.24 jist disnae fit in at a''. Throw it oot.

Not really to my taste, although I can see a lot of work has gone into it. As an aside I adore the narrator's accent - "hoos" and the way her "r"s are all slightly trilled.

Come to the States where I live and I'll show you the most abysmal houses for eye sores. Comparatively, that is a beautiful building. Real timber. (Not sure why you object to it. Because it's not traditional?)
