Note: these class 484 trains are actually converted from old London Underground stock. In this case they’re D Stock.

Great video! Hopefully you'll be able to do the Borderlands line between Wrexham Central and Bidston on a Class 230 which is also an ex District line D Stock train

We had class 230's on the Marston Vale Line, but they gave them back to Vivarail Dec 2022 when vivarail went into administration. We haven't had any trains since, just a stupid bus 😢

@@LokiAvivson Thank god. It needs trains badly. Was kinda hoping for a Turbostar(class 172) or Desiro(class 350), but at this point can't be too picky I guess. The class 230's were a great mix of modern features, mixed seating and space for wheelchair users and bicycles. Not sure the class 150 can live up to that, but it's ways better than trying to get bicycles and pull carts onto a bus. Thanks for the update

The Class 484 are still going aren’t they since Vivarail converted them from London Underground D78 Stock and Vivarail went into administration and folded. Very sad that Vivarail aren’t here anymore. But at least that the Class 484 are still operating on the Island Line.
