@Rubee Upadhyay No it doesn't. The reason being it's just one frequency. Binaural beats utilize two different frequencies, one in the right ear and one in the left. The division is crucial, otherwise you brain can't process it properly. Isochronics don't have this.

I agree, and it has been fixed. I dont know what happened, because this wasn't the case for many years. I'm thinking that whenever RU-vid went through a massive update the settings got switched around. They've been turned off in the middle for this video. Wow! Word of advice: don’t listen if you want to get into a peaceful, calm, meditative state or if you’re already overthinking, worried, or anxious. But if you’re tired, bored, can’t focus, or can’t think straight this is gonna be your jam! I did this first thing when I woke up. I usually do a different brain wave for meditation, but not being a morning person AT ALL and having a lot of creative work to do today, I wanted to mix it up. I’m actually pretty shocked how alert and energized I feel! Will NOT be doing this in the evenings though. 😂

I also prefer the ispchronic as opposed to the binaural. With binaural you need both ears. Im deaf in the right ear so binaural is a waste for me. Ive had really good results with isochronic. Also just keep in mind that the shamans have been using DRUM beats for thousands of years to produce transcendental experiences.

Isochronic is 2 sperate tones in both ears though. Listen to each headphone/ earbud separately one at a time and you'll hear the difference.

If you can hear it, it should work. I'm unsure if there would be a lesser effect... If there are other noises in your environment, your brain will be getting multiple sound frequencies so, hypothetically the additional sound frequencies could interfere with this one and render it useless. I know more about binaural beats though - that's a (somewhat informed) guess. If you have complete silence - or enough silence that this is all you consciously hear, it should work as expected. Binaural/ isochronic beats aren't supposed to be listened to loudly.

John G. absolutely. Brainwaves are played separately from the track you combine it with. It wont change the frequency at all, just add a mixture to it but that's about it... the effects will remain

May I suggest you check out an underground form of electronic dance music called 'Psychedelic Trance'; this type of music (when produced properly) is modelled on the science of brainwave frequencies. Binaural literally means "having or relating to two ears." Binaural hearing, along with frequency cues, lets humans and other animals determine the direction and origin of sounds. Similar to diotic which is used in psychophysics to describe an auditory stimulus presented to both ears. It does not mean two waves.

Derek Nilsen any sinth that generates a pure sinus wave and precise LFO can do that, you can get one in hardware or a plugin, maybe you will need a DAW for that, if you don’t understand what I said googling all the words you will get all the answers

If you listen for many hours you can really die. Actually the only thing that can probably die is your old form of seeing things. Meditate, be calm, try to respire in the right way. many of your problems, your body quimicals will be transform in a better way. :)
