Everyone out here talking about the amazing set design and the visual masterpiece that this is but can we take a moment to recognize the sound design... That what really got me more than anything in this his use of balancing absolute silence follow by a jarring bang really sold it for me....

Genuinely had goosebumps, the atmosphere and sense of character was fantastic. Beautiful build-up and paid off really well. Honestly one of the best brickfilms I've ever seen, well deserved win!

That was so well done! I love the monster design, especially with that smile, and how that was the first thing we saw before revealing the rest of him. Everything before that part was also done really well, you really succeeded in pulling off that feeling of isolation. Oh, and that jumpscare with the phone really got me! :D

The part where the phone turns on was also very creepy and I honestly got chills. This has got to be the best horror stop motion I have ever seen. Keep up the great work man!

The slow camera movements also added to the suspense and the details of the lighting and props really improved the film

The set design is immaculate and immersive and the lighting is so on point it feels like I’m watching a live action film

Fantastic film! It's so great to see all that hard work pay off. This film hit all the suspense-horror marks, I was actually jittered and a few of the stops got me! The set design was *stunning* you never seen anything like that with brickfilms. And having seen the behind the scenes photos I know that there was crazy effort and detail put into the set that shows through the film. Lighting was another strong spot. This is a tight set so it's impressive you managed to get such an even, balanced, and moody light throughout the entire film. Sound design was another spot that was so well done. It's important sound be right in a horror film, because while we like to think silence is dramatic there is always noise. It's often a part of brickfilms that is overlooked; on this you did not stop short anywhere. Story was great, I love how we don't actually see the monster to the very end and only for a short bit. It really drives home the concept and underlying themes the story is telling. An honour to be a part of this film, and I hope we get to see more from you. Very talented. Brilliant!

And man the design of the thing is really awesome. The scene when you first see it in the background is frightening!

I could honestly watch this again and again and find different little details each time. It’s sooo blooody good!

This is actually so good. The part where the bat flew up gave me a good jump and the creepy sounds and non diegetic music really kept me on edge

The sound, the lighting the suspense, this is the first brickfilm that’s been actually really creepy to me

It is not easy to properly build suspense and keep it all the way through the movie - but you managed to do just that. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. And the music was very fitting for that. Well done!

This is brilliant. At first I thought 17 minutes is awfully long but they go by in a heartbeat. The scenery, build-up, lighting and tension are fantastic, so is the music. Really great and it deserves the prices you already won.

there's a lot of good stuff I have to say, good effects, nice voice-overs, but just overall great job! a 17 minute stop motion takes FOREVER to fill, and I respect that also I like how you made that knife block in the kitchen in the beginning, using the 1x2 sloped vent piece. Big thumbs up

The cinematography is good, you know how to build atmosphere and clearly know how to operate the camera, I just wish you hadn't resorted to "loud = scary" so much, I was way more creeped out by some of those long camera shots that left space open for a possible visual scare than the auditory scares.
