What the actual fuck they were thinking?! After 2 months of making this map, all they did is make it a limited time offer to play is a shit way to make me hate this game, even more. Like seriously, this map is basically climbing simulator with no bots, mountaineer class only, throwing rocks simulator, and 9 fucking ammo to shoot. There's not even new guns in this expansion pack for a limited time which makes this a waste of development. Thanks a lot Blackmill Games.
Other than the Ascent expansion, they keep getting worse. The viewmodel change still sucks, still refuse to fix that MG 08/15, and bad performance like why...? I don't understand why they keep fucking this game up that I loved?! At this point, I lost my faith on this game. The fact they focused so much on cosmetics over gameplay is sad. No wonder this game died into obscurity. I gave it so many chances and this expansion gave me a reason to no longer respect this game. Tannenberg and Verdun are fine games. But not Isonzo. It's a far cry from being a wreak of a game. Fuck this game.
Oh and what about the Altitude Units Pack? I did bought for two reason. One being they look puffy to wear which is cool imo. Second and most importantly, I just wanna write the Steam review to express my disgust on their current state on Isonzo. I hope they see my review and fix those I've addressed. They cannot ignore me for that long. But other than my whiney complains, it's a pretty good cosmetics. So buy if it you want a good looking viewmodel.
And the climbing animations? Oh right. Well it's gimmicky is all I could say. But still, a shame they're wasted time making this. God please Blackmill Games. Stop shooting yourselves in the foot and get a grip for once.
