J A 8 pounds sounds perfect for a stock set up like mine. The stock waste gate in this turbo should be around 8-10 psi if I’m correct. Remember it’s all in the tune also 👍
1400 but now its 1800?? sorry, but the kit.... its partially there, but for the price tag they asking now and you still have to buy a good amount of money worth of stuff..... i would rather just piece together a kit using their turbo.
Mr. Matt Wow I didn’t know they raised the price on that! I got mine on sale during Black Friday which is the main reason I got it, only 1200. Yes you still need to buy a couple of other stuff to make a complete kit. Really good starter kit but if they raised the price then it might not be worth it as much anymore.
yeah, 1200 is a damn good deal, thats like buy the fmic and turbo and get the rest for free. how is the kit holding up? i saw you blew some gaskets, but didn't see any update videos?
Mr. Matt Haven’t really been driving it too much since I am still doing a couple things to it. So far the kit has been great. Turbo still not fully broken in put the car has a lot of torque. I blew the turbo gaskets but that was part my fault. A few bolts got loose and that’s why the gaskets blew. I replaced them with oem sr20 gaskets and so far she’s been holding up good. I will do an update on the turbo once I drive it a lot more. Right now she’s in the garage getting some work done that you guys will see soon 👍👍
Humberto Herrera D21 comes with a single cam KA24E so it will not work. I believe CX Racing makes a turbo kit for the single cam KA. That might work with your engine 👍
