Has anyone else noticed how good Izzy's Cardio was Tonight? His breathing was so collected, even in the later rounds he was calm, breathing through his nose, it was impressive. + I love how Izzy handles loosing and see's true Growth 📈

I'm in South Africa and I was up at 5am to watch Izzy. I was so happy the fight lasted more than 3 rounds because it's not fun waking up for a 2nd round finish.
