He was on the JRE a few years back and very openly talked about his mental health. He had telltales of depression after his title win and immediately went to see a doctor. With all his experience and him being that responsible with his health, I think this loss might boil down to a bad day at the office.

It was insane how Hooker gave literally zero reaction. Not panicked and acted like there was no pain. He just casually worked out of it. The beating Hooker took from Barboza was inhuman. He was too tough for his own good and took so much damage after he was clearly already done in the fight.

Dan Hooker is the kind of guy you want aroind if you want to b entertained. He does not aspire to gain knowledge to make himself aware of his own level or what is required to get to the top. Not the guy who you can get much from, to help you excel. As for being a so-called psycho, he sure dropped that facade when Islam was going to take his arm home.

Lol you barely know him and Hooker didnt tap to Islam ... the ref stopped it due to a verbal submission because Hooker screamed. He was pissed the ref stopped it. Even if he did tap that wouldnt mean hes not a psycho when it comes to pain. The Barboza fight was maybe the biggest prolonged beating w/o giving up ive ever seen.
