@Onyen Bew he does. His body isnt built for grappling. Everyone has genetics best suited for some things better than others. Izzy is tall and long but isn’t super wide. Jon is somehow built both for grappling and striking. He is tall and has long, slender limbs but a thick and wide midsection and back. Thats the physical aspect, the mental aspect is that Jon grew up in the US where they wrestle more than New Zealand and he wrestled in highschool and college, Izzy grew up break dancing lol its not as easy to learn how to grapple as an adult as it is to learn how to strike.

He doesn't want that smoke with Bones that's why 🤣 quiet now

Knowing how good Jon's ground game was pretty much defeated Gane b4 the fight even started. Once he got taken down he probably thought this shits over. I'm tapping as soon as possible.

@Stan That's calling Gane a coward and a quitter, and overlooking the fact that Jon's stand up technique is every bit as daunting as his wrestling. Apart from that, a fighter's ground game is only effective if he has the strength and endurance to impose it on his opponent. Skill alone can't cut it
