This morning we're learning, the Israeli military fired on a car in Rafah, killing the first foreign staff member of the UN during the war on Gaza. UN chief Antonio Guterres has called for a “full investigation”.
Heavy ground fighting has been ongoing in Rafah to the south and Jabalia to the north of the Gaza Strip, with Hamas claiming many attacks on the invading Israeli troops and armoured vehicles.
At least 360,000 Palestinians have fled Rafah, according to the UN, as Israeli officials promise to continue their military operation in the city.

@Some826 I actually found out that supposedly it was a convoy clearly marked as U.N. this raises more doubts. I find it extremely difficult to believe that Israel attacked a clearly marked U.N. convoy. They would have nothing to gain. More likely Hamas did it for media coverage and to blame Israel. It makes no sense that Israel would do such a thing only to there own detriment.

If you going to go on UN 'joy' rides in an active war zone the chances are pretty high you going to see you backside sooner or later.
