The meaning of صل على/salli 'alā, in Arabic literally is *_"bring/give blessings on"_* and the translation of the meanings is *_"give blessings to"_* whereas صل ل/salli li-, means *_"pray to"_* , so a brain dead like u doesn't even know, that using an another preposition with a certain word in Arabic changes the meanings, just like in other languages. I wouldn't be the best person to ask though because at my Masjid we are completely seperate, which is good, and the only interactions I have with the sisters are the occasional Sallams if I'm visiting a brother to his wife or other family members. We do have a couple of other White female converts/reverts in the area, we have a really good dawah program here. The other converts that are White sisters seem to struggle a lot with the morality, I believe it's harder for them having been raised with fitna of all sorts from non religious upbringing.
