Palestinian born in Texas raised in Ramallah Westbank. We the people need to stand against our governments and just live in peace for our children’s sake. Unfortunately I’m afraid that can never happen.

I love your vids, so simple - ask someone a question. seems that the comment section revels just as much as your actual survey. a lot of people can't take the answers for what they are because it clashes with the narrative they want to adopt. the situation is much more complex in the human level but people really just want to have good and bad \ right and wrong etc.

This is a great question.

Dear child, There are two groups of people, the Jews, and the Palestinians. I am Jewish, and you are Palestinian. We are cousins who descended from Jacob and Ishmail. We both come from this land. We both believe in the same God. Over the years, the Jews and the Palestinians moved around; the Palestinians became more arab, and the jews moved to different places; some became more European, and some became more arab in their culture, but they always maintained their Jewish identity. The Palestinians became mostly Muslims and some became Christians. Even though we have different religions, we are still very similar; we both have similar genes, we both speak similar languages, we both love falafel and hummus, but most importantly, we both love this ancient beautiful land of our ancestors. Unfortunately, in the last 100 years, there have been people who try to focus on why we are different as an excuse to be hateful and divide us instead of focusing on us being family so we can love each other and be united in this land. But know, dear child, that no matter what you heard or what you will hear in the future, deep down, nobody likes to fight and hate, and deep down we both know we are a lot more similar than different. Today, a lot of people are hurt, but time will heal the wounds, and I hope that your generation will somehow love a little more, even though it will be hard. Because the world doesn’t need any more fighting, especially not between cousins. 🇮🇱💔🇵🇸

The actions of Israelis in reality showed others things

Everybody wants peace and friendship in theory. The question is what proactive steps are being taken toward this, and what concessions are people willing to make to achieve this. You will find obstinacy on both sides.

I'm surprised nobody said they wished the Palestinian children would learn that Jews are also from this land and that they had a long history and civilization from ancient times. They built cities, had kings and queens, prophets, about a 1000 years before Islam conquered this land. Jews also speak one of the few Semitic languages (quite similar to Arabic). They are not a "European" nation. They came from the Middle east, and most Israelis descend from people who have always lived in the Midles East. Also, there are many Palestinian Arabs who live in Israel in peace as equal citizens (in fact 20% of Israel population is Arab). So it's possible for Jews and Arabs to live in peace.

From 1948 to 6 October 2023, i want to know how many Israelis were killed by Palestinians and how many Palestinians were killed by Israelis.

In order to pinpoint other people mistakes you should first be able to understand your own mistakes.

Peace requires justice and liberation. I see some people in Israel very genuinely wanting peace, but I'm not sure they understand the difference between (real) peace and simply being left alone. From what I can tell, for the Palestinians its the difference between life and death. I'm assuming of course, but I am South African so I have some experience of oppression and liberation. The videos coming out of Gaza, the West Bank and East Jerusalem tells a very different story from what the average Israeli is saying in these videos. There are also hundreds of Israeli teenagers on tiktok being shockingly and blatantly bloodthirsty; a lot of them IDF soldiers. As someone who now lives side by side with the people who previously oppressed me, I do believe that stories of reconciliation and peace is possible, but I'm not sure the Israelis have understood what this means. I think the bubble would need to burst before that actually happens.

If you have the chance, please ask Palestinian children if they hate Israelis.

When I watch the Palestinian videos, they never EVER think about Israeli suffering. The young women illustrate the enormous gap in sheer maturity. I don't understand if it is a collective brainwashing or school teaching yet a blind person can see it! The jailer is asking the prisoner to teach his kid (in jail) not to hate the jailer, the jailer just want to live in peace with the prisoner and his son (in jail) . The jailer has the good food, good pay, has a home and a family to go to, but he is so devastated that the prisoner and his son are so full of envy and hate and can not just become successful and learn how to love life too! Palestinians, Hamas, and Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) demand Israel to recognize a Palestinian State, with full sovereignty (no occupation, no siege) based on 1967 borders. Is this too much to ask?

Children learn by the actions of elders, not necessarily their own elders but elders in general. When they grow up being bombed, shot at, arrested for no reason and raped, nothing you say can or will deter them from the facts. And when Israeli citizens back their government, then they stand in agreement with that treatment. This is what they see. Change need to come in action, not in words.

Collaborate sounds more like Cooperate or else. Some clearly do not understand or do not care about the question which is disappointing to put it mildly. If I were to be asked a similar question as an American "what would you say to a child?" I wouldn't lie to them. I would tell them this: Some people are are bad people because they want to be. Some people are bad because they are raised to be. Some people raised to be bad choose not to be. Some people are never raised to hate anyone. It does not matter who they claim to be. It only maters what they do as individuals. DO not judge all people as bad because bad people claim to be the same as good people. That is how they trick you to hate good people and bad people who are not the same other than in name only. But you do not have to be bad because some tells you to be. Its always your choice and only your own. Right now you are a little one and you have to respect your parents Learn what you can from them so you can survive. When you grow up, you can fight the bad people, even if the bad people are family. You do not always have to fight them with violence but you have the right to protect yourself. Sometimes you fight and win by not being their tools or toys of hate. In the end hate is what you choose to do or not do. Its hard, but its simple.

If israelis are so open for Palestinian children, and want peace and justice for them - my question is: When jews give the stolen land and houses back to Palestinians? BTW, by common rule of the structure of populations in most of parts of the world - it is almost certain, that majority of Palestinians are descendents of ancient Jewish population mixed along with all local other Canaanites. While modern Israelis are mix of everything original diasporas were asimilating all around the world - so jewish claim for 3000 years of history is absolutly false.

What is happening to the people of Gaza is extremely sad, but its not because Israelis hate them, its because there are huge terror organizations integrated in to the population. We all need to hope for peace and not add to the hate, almost everybody lost someone because of this war even in Israel, darkness is infectious, love and understanding is the solution. If even someone that lost a loved one not hate the other side, the people here from all over the world that hate Israel can too, this will actually help instead of creating more conflict and darkness.

In Israel there is everyday life and this is the proof that we desire peace and life. On the other hand, in the territories of the Palestinian Authority there is always difficulty and shortage. The astronomical amounts of money donated and transferred to them do not help. There is a problem, it is not the citizens who are problematic but the heads of their authorities who are slaughtered and thirsty for blood and eternal war. They are irresponsible who only feed their residents with lies and a feeling of deprivation because they always have Israel to blame. Unfortunately, until there is an internal transformation and a desire for peace from within the Palestinian residents themselves, they will always be subject to control by their own people as well. Do not conclude from this that Israel is a perfect country - absolutely not! But it is a democracy in the making and here you can demand change, grow and change accordingly. Some good answers here. I do think the majority of Israelis want peace. It it has to come from both sides with fairness and some generosity. I don’t think that has ever happened in the history of Israel Palestine relations. End of day, I think it’s the stronger side that needs to reach out with a hand for peace. And we need transparency in negotiations with international help, preferably without the US … we know how that goes.

There is a great book/study called Palestine in Israeli School Books (Ideology and Propaganda in Education) by Nurit Peled-Elhanan. I kept thinking about it through this entire video because they keep saying things about how Palestinian children are taught about Israelis while saying that israeli children are taught about peace and togetherness and not to fight. According to this study/book the reality is very very different than that. Its deeply troubling, both the way Israelis are taught about palestinians as well as the way Israelis believe they think about Palestinians, their lack of insight. Nurit Peled-Elhanan is Lecturer in Language Education in the faculty of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is the co-Rezipient of the 2001 Sakharov Prize for Human Rights and the Freedom of Though, awarded by the European Parliament
