What will be the benifit of your first point?

PM is not made for docking and they will conduct a docking experiment SPADEX next year.

@@apurbamallick6633 The benefit is that we know how to send a rocket to moon, how to land there, roam about and collect samples as well as do surface investigation. (A) What we need now is : 1. for the lander to collect sample, hop to space and 2. To do dock with the PM Once that is done, we know how to get the PM back to earth orbit. (B) What we also need to know is - 1. How to extract the PM to a landing vehicle. 2. How to land it on earth and then to retrieve the moon samples. So by doing what I suggested we will learn B.1 and can also try to do B.2 above. All that will remain in the next mission is to figure out A.1 and A.2

Far behind is a strong word ; given Chinese havent been able to put rover in S.P to be precise; they have put it in far side of moon we were the 1st Asian country to Orbit Mars . ​@@GareebScientistI went through some of the articles of Scott Tilley and JPL. He basically uses one way radio Doppler analysis to trace the trajectory of satellites provided that the satellite must remain in our horizon (for obvious reasons). Since we're not accessible to deep space networks to gather continuous data we've to make sure our satellites remain in horizon in that time frame. For continuous data we need our systems to establish in different locations of globe. If you want we can work together on this. We need a linux system, a good SDR (software defined radio) and it's corresponding digital antenna to fetch radio data. And for the accuracy of clock we can use MJD (Modified Julian Dates). You can go through his articles for more details.
