Istana Boneka Dufan (FULL RIDE POV ) - Before refurbish 

if you really compare it. bolang is more scarier than puppet castle.... for your information puppet caste was design and produce all by indonesian. so be proud of what we(indonesian) can do, we don't have disneyland but we have something that is made by indonesia and to introduce indonesia's culture to children. so puppet castle is not just an "attraction" but its an educational for future generations. be proud. cheers :D

6:01 (mesir kuno) dari kecil sampe skarang paling suka suasana & lagunya, sayang hanya singkat.. Walau istana boneka ini rip off small worldnya disneyland tetap versi dufan ini lebih menarik, artistik, dan mendidik. Semoga wahana ini dan dufan last forever, kenangan banget... 😭🥀

Yg bagian eropa kayaknya lebih dapet yang dulu, harusnya lampu2 nya tetep ada, lampu set nya cmn terangin sedikit lagi. Yg dulu serasa karnival di Venesia, sekarang terang2 aja XD

the original ride, with the original dolls :') kenangan indah ya...

Imagine if Dufan decided it was time to retheme the whole ride into Monster Mansion... That would've been better than riding a run down ripoff of It's A Small World, so here's my concept of that. 0:00 The Facade would've been painted to resemble a southern mansion and a blue sky. Once we board our boat, we would pass by cardboard cutouts of monsters. 0:40 The welcome Room would start with Papa Razzi and Nestor on the left, and then Miss Scarlett welcoming us to the mansion on the right, along with a screen that shows your picture. After this room, the doors swing open to the monster picnic. 1:14 In this room, we are first greeted by a monster jazz band, before passing the water riding monsters and the water spouting monsters. There we meet Marshall Billy Bob Fritter for the first time, warning riders to stay out of the marsh. During this room, we see the monsters having fun. This room contains Buzby's first appearance 2:13 In this room, we see more monsters having fun. 2:26 This room also contains even more monsters having fun, which is why the picnic scene is longer than Georgia's. There's even a monster country band in this room. At the end we have a monster spraying water with his hose. 5:02 At this point, things get scary, which starts with the graveyard, followed by the monsters hanging out in a cave behind a giant spider web, then the monsters having moonshine, and finally we see Billy Bob Fritter warning riders to stay out of the marsh, but the boats enter the marsh thru a giant pyramid. There's also a giant mansion to the right. Before entering the giant pyramid, we pass through a fog waterfall where the spirit of the marsh directs us into the marsh. 6:00 In the pyramid, we now see red eyes. Also in this room, there happens to a girl in her bed, trying to have a really deep slumber to protect herself from the monsters. There also happens to be a jump scare where a monster comes out behind a cargo box and roars at the guests, along with a peppers ghost effect where a tourist turns into a skeleton. 6:15 At this point, we have entered the marsh, where we see the glowing eyes, along with skeletons and wrecked boats. At the end, there is a troll with a giant club. 7:24 Things get worse when we encounter even more scary monsters. There are more scary monsters than Georgia, because the marsh is longer than Georgia's. During the marsh, trolls with torches are scattered. 10:40 This scene has alligators, snakes like the giant python and the cobras, along with spiders. 11:06 At this point, we are saved by Billy Bob Fritter who scares off the monsters with the help of a cannon. 11:39 We finally make it back, with Miss Scarlett telling everyone that they made it out of the marsh and told us to enjoy their day at the park. During the finale scene, we pass one last look at the dixieland band, along with Buzby waving goodbye and a fishing monster. There is also a songbook with the lyrics of the song. 12:42 During this room, we see the Boat Eater, who roars loudly at the guests before a buzzer goes off. We enter the mouth of the monster and make it back outside, where we pass more cardboard cutouts of the monsters.

anw kalo orang2 dapet persepsi serem ya ga bisa disalahin juga sih, cahayanya terlalu suram, coba tambahin lampu2 LED yg banyak tuh, kan LED lebih hemat daya, lebih terang

true, it creeps me out a bit when i was a child, istana boneka in indonesian means castle of puppets, nostalgic feeling though, as i`m indonesian native

well actualy they just refurbished Istana boneka lately and it is way much better and less creepy :D

Baru nyadar stage di scene awal dulu lumayan tinggi. Habis refurb, stagenya dipendekin kira kira setengahnya. Btw, konsep scene 1 bagusan yang dulu dimana bonekanya membawa bendera yang mewakili negara negara. Tapi kalau dari background menurut saya bagusan sekarang, lebih colorful

masih teringat dikepalaku, ini wahana paling serem diantara yg lain, udah tempatnya gelap banyak boneka yg gerak sendiri, pas masih kecil dulu dari masuk sampe keluar nangis gakuat banget ngeliatnya :')

Biasanya di wahana ini kalau malam hari sepi pengunjungnya banyak perahu yang kosong.

Setiap ke Dufan, pasti ke Istabon. Dah 5 kali, sejak SMP sampai dah punya anak yang mau SMP. Nggak ada bosen-bosennya. Wahana lain kalau antrinya panjang, pasti masuknya belakangan. Tapi kalau Istabon, walau antri panjang, dibela-belain ditungguin. Di Jatim Park, di Trans Studio juga ada sih yang semacam ini, tapi kok nggak sekuat Istabon kesan yang ada di hati.
