I've been going to this restaurant for years but the fast food side. I love their gyros and lentil soup. Going today actually lol. Glad you enjoyed it.

Looks excellent. The Turkish balloon puffy bread is fun. When it’s hot out of the oven it can be a crowd pleaser

Oh it was outstanding. It was so light and toasty with the seeds.

The chicken looked a tad pink, it may have been the lighting or the angle of the camera. It's a ton of food but, $46 bucks for one without alcohol is a little pricey for me.

It was a bit pricey yeah. The chicken was cooked well I thought. But the bread and olives were on the house, so, I guess I couldn't complain too much.

"A little bit of salt" LOL! I'm guessing once you saw what the camera captured, you might have been a little surprised at how much you actually used. Or maybe not. That food looks excellent. If there more middle eastern restaurants in my town, I'd probably eat that type of cuisine more often. My main problem with most such places I've been to is that they almost always cook the living shit of the meat and it's dry as all hell, both with chicken and beef. The chicken you got looks to me like it was cooked perfectly.

That's true. Greek, Turkish, etc. I mentioned this on the members only video when I ordered the gyro....in that I try to visit the places at lunchtime when they first open...because the meat is the juiciest at that time. This was a dinner time order and it was pretty juicy. It was chicken chops though and not the gyro chicken on the spit.

That falafel looked legit..Mamouns is a little overated...big points off for the need to add salt. A restaurant must know how to season their food.

Yeah it’s always a nuisance when I have to season it myself. A lot of restaurants keep the salt out deliberately.
