This is a new invention of the 90's. The best place to eat it is Ortaköy in Istanbul, right next to the Bosphorus Bridge, but you can find it anywhere around the city sold at their peculiar stalls.
We do not recommend you to do what Zoe did, foryour own health, be a little bit more restrained when you are in front of those colorful mezes and salads.
